My experience with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
That allows taking marketing actions without always needing the technology team, conducting tests easily and quickly to then scale it with technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more than HubSpot, it's about how we use it in the company, given that currently we have many contact properties that should not be used. We have no way to track whether people open the emails and SMS or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

HubSpot is great because it easily integrates with other tools, giving us the best view of our contacts and customers.

In terms of features it's great, but it's a bit expensive.

We are automating manual processing, saving time on lead qualifications, emailing, funnel stage calculations and more.

HubSpot is a fantastic tool with extensive features for managing ads, emails, and content.

the integration and workflow processes have benefited in backlink tracking and ease of reading the statistics

too many things everywhere located at the system - *esp during workflow processes* which I find that it can be categorised better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
scheduling multiple business pages - can be all done within 1 click now
It's a simple tool, easy to use and integrate into your day-to-day.

It's a tool that is very practical and intuitive for use in your day-to-day activities. You can integrate many automated processes and management into one system, functioning for tasks such as lead capture, sending emails, creating forms, building landing pages, and connecting with your website, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools for building landing pages are often quite limited, and the designs can end up being very basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass emailing, creation of landing pages, lead generation with created forms, etc.

Marketing Hub lets me generate the data I need to keep on top of our overall marketing performance. It's easy to control multiple avenues of our digital marketing strategy on a single platform.

Workflows and e-mails. Probably is the most complete tool to send e-mails and control workflows

Metrics personalization. I think the user shoud control their metrics view with more precision

Streamlined marketing and provided informative KPI's for our company
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of the Hubspot Marketing Hub is that all of the activities that you conduct as a business (e.g communications that you send out to customers whether it a marketing email, workflow, quote) is all tracked and can easily be transformed into KPI's as a dashboard for your department. I use it every day because it streamlines everything most of the things I do in marketing - I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a while the social media scheduling tool didn't allow us to schedule GIF's posts and had a limit of 4 posts for LinkedIn. However, Hubspot continues to improve its features everyday and now it supports that feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the customer journey and how they move through the sales funnel helps us gain clarity on where we are falling short in terms of our marketing efforts and invest more resources into improving it. Knowledge is power, and having these analytics gives more power to the business.
New Efficiency + Simplicity in Our CRM/MAP
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot MH is an integral piece of our business. We leverage it with Sales Hub Enterprise to build an ABX approach to blend inbound/outbound to our qualified accounts. Leveraging emails (marketing + sales), meetings, # numbers, etc. allllllll within HubSpot makes reporting and dashboarding so easy. Love the tools. Thank you, HS team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small bits of functionality (being able to export values from properties, etc.) could be improved but it's still an A+ platform that has transformed our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're running an entire ABX program out of HS Marketing/Sales Hub... and it's awesome. No need for limiting integrations, excess platform spends, and multidiscplinary trainings/contractors. We build sales pipeline every day within one tool. I've never seen such a comprehensively intelligent growth platform.

Everything can be monitored in one place. It's easy to train and customer support is always helpfil.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the cost and that is about it.

It's so much easier to keep track of posts in clean way and it's way easier to cross post on certain days
