What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot Marketing Hub provides highly customizable reports allowing me to tweak functions easily to suit my specific needs. The trackability of marketing emails is another aspect I appreciate, as it lets me see when emails are opened and how long recipients engage with them, offering valuable insights into our campaigns. Additionally, the ability to create templates simplifies and speeds up the process of managing marketing communication. The initial setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub was straightforward, which I found very easy, contributing greatly to our team adopting the tool smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited number of users due to the high cost, which restricts our team's ability to fully leverage the platform. Additionally, I've found that HubSpot Marketing Hub is sometimes not as user-friendly as I would like, which can hinder efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for CRM to manage sales, marketing, and client outreach efficiently. It solves reporting, tracking, and communication issues with customizable reports and email tracking, enhancing my operations.

Keeps templates and marketing emails in one place. I like that you can see the open rates and how many people interacted.

Nothing really.. I like how easy it is to manage and use. No feedback at this time

Getting emails out to a group of people. We can target our audience so they stay up to date on our happenings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot Marketing Hub serves as an all-in-one platform that effectively attracts leads and eliminates the need to manage marketing tools separately or deal with unorganized lead tracking. The workflow automation is particularly beneficial, making it much easier to manage and streamline complex marketing tasks. The lead scoring feature enhances my ability to prioritize and target potential clients, ensuring the marketing efforts are efficiently directed. Additionally, the ads integration capability allows me to seamlessly incorporate my advertising efforts, which is very advantageous. The platform's user-friendly nature and ease of integration make it simple for my entire team to adapt and harness its potential. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, which is a huge plus as it enabled us to get started without any delays.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the pricing of HubSpot Marketing Hub can become expensive quite quickly, which might be a barrier for those working within tight budgets. Additionally, the complexity of setting up and managing workflows can sometimes be overwhelming and challenging to navigate, especially for new users or those without a technical background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub solves managing disparate marketing tools and unorganized lead tracking, offering workflow automation, lead scoring, and ad integration for better team adaptation.

The ease of use with sequences and email templates!

Sometimes the filters can be a little clunky.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use yet you can create complex automated marketing solutions that integrate with basically anything

Can be quite costly with add ons. However, no more than similar products

Insights in contact behaviour across our platforms combining with automated workflows. This is all done pretty easily.

HubSpot forms, workflows, emails, and the CRM system in general
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the survey feature in HubSpot, where you need to add a field for the options - It's just too complicated and pushes you to use other survey tools

General CRM overview and management of leads and email list. I have experience with many other CRM systems, and HubSpot is by far the best one I've tried
Effortless to Use with All Tools in One Place

How often things change such as layouts. Sometimes as soon as you get used to accessing or viewing data one way, where you find that or what it’s called changes

Great Email Tools, But CRM Could Be Smoother

Changing preview text and formatting capabilities for the emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM side isnt at clean as salesforce in my opinion. We actually use both Salesforce and Hubspot. Salesforce for CRM and Hubspot for marketing.

Centralized, User-Friendly Marketing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and user-friendly HubSpot Marketing Hub is, which tremendously simplifies my job as a marketing manager by allowing me to work efficiently out of a single tool. The AI features and buyer's intent functionalities are invaluable, as they significantly reduce the need for extra man hours by handling the heavy lifting, enabling us to stay in touch with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) more effectively. The platform's capability to serve as a central hub for collecting and integrating information from various sources ensures transparent activities across different areas like service desk, CRM, and sales, thus fostering seamless collaboration across teams by providing a single source of truth. Additionally, HubSpot Marketing Hub allows us to connect our social media profiles and WordPress website, ensuring we have a comprehensive overview of our performance data, which includes native tools like email. I appreciate the overall integration of the tools within the platform, which minimizes friction and amplifies our marketing efforts. Although we engaged a third-party partner for the initial setup to optimize our strategies and processes, it's clear the platform would have been manageable to set up independently, affirming its intuitive design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the CTAs, forms, and automations in HubSpot Marketing Hub sometimes appear disjointed. It feels cumbersome that I have to create the form in one location, then create the CTA and embed the form separately, rather than having the capability to do it all within one tool. While this might partially be due to a learning curve on my end, it is still inconvenient. For instance, to delete a CTA, I have to enter both the automation and forms sections separately to remove these elements, which can become messy. Additionally, although the pricing is understandable given the features provided, it is quite high, which may not be feasible for everyone.

HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes data, streamlines cross-team collaboration, analyzes data efficiently, and eliminates the need for multiple tools, enhancing productivity and strategic focus.
