What do you like best about the product?
It's structured specifically for Marketing Automation and it's easy to use with drag & drop functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some default templates and options cannot be changed or you have to take a difficult path, giving a lower score for the flexibility of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy landing pages and forms can help capture leads during events as well as online. The set up is very intuitive and can be easily replicated for multiple events and campaigns.

Contacts captured are directly recorded in Hubspot CRM and can be assigned to sales directly for follow up. I use it regularly for our events.

Customer Support are always helpful when I need help getting some functions to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
For form submissions, we are unable to exclude test submissions from the performance report which is a bit counter intuitive. Tests are needed to make sure forms and workflows work as expected but they can't be excluded from the performance report so it messes up the numbers a bit. Other than that I quite like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Capture and Customer Source Attribution, so we know where our revenue comes from, what campaigns/events are useful and what's not. This helps us with future planning of resources.

Intuitive and user-friendly learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
The design tools are incredibly intuitive and easy to use—as someone with close to no knowledge or experience in coding, the learning curve for creating emails, email templates and CTAs has been rather smooth. This gives me so much more time to focus on designing beautiful marketing emails without worrying too much about coding. The tech support team has also been very quick to assist, and the scope of their support is exemplary.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a fault on their end since the HS Marketing Hub is already quite an amazing product, but since it's relatively new compared to other systems, I think there's still room for some features to be improved/added, and that would require a larger userbase to help with pointing out blindspots. (I usually use the community hub to try and figure out whether certain specific features do exist, but sometimes it's just really too specific for where the userbase is at presently).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My very first experience with CMS was with a rather outdated system, which was intimidating because it wasn't intuitive and somehow felt like any misclick would cause things to crash. HS Marketing Hub solves this by smoothening out the often steep learning curve when it comes to CMS, especially with the HS Academy as well. The HS Marketing Hub is deisgned in a way that gives me confidence in making changes and experimenting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Hubspot Marketing tool for creating EDM campaigns, forms and promotional landing pages. It's a bit of a one stop shop, because they all seamlessly work together. I can embed forms and promotional pages into the campaigns, track all digital components under the one campaign umbrella. The reporting is very easy. And the fact that I can track customer digital activity just makes it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like can improvement could be made with your workflow automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing is essential to being that vehicle that makes it seamless and easy for us to deliver omni channel marketing campaigns.

HubSpot Marketing Hub's automation capabilities are a standout feature and are very easy to use. The platform allows for the creation of intricate workflows that automate repetitive tasks, such as lead nurturing, email campaigns, and content distribution. This not only saves time but also ensures consistency.

The platform offers a vast knowledge base, community forums, and responsive customer service to assist users at every step. We were guided throughout our implementation with weekly meetings with a Hubspot expert. Our marketing team uses Hubspot every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Marketing Hub is undeniably powerful, the cost can be prohibitive for small businesses with limited budgets. While the basic features are user-friendly, mastering the more advanced capabilities of HubSpot Marketing Hub can take some time. The learning curve might be steep for users unfamiliar with marketing automation platforms, and additional training or support may be required to fully harness the platform's potential.

Streamlining my marketing efforts and enhancing overall efficiency. Simplifies the often complex world of marketing by offering an all-in-one solution, eliminating the need for multiple tools. What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive interface and integration with other HubSpot tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not something that I dislike, but I would appreciate a youtube channel with short tutorials and tips for the different Hubs and their products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company was able to cancel two services and offer the same customer service and company news to customers with HubSpot. Landing pages also allowed the company to be more creative with our marketing efforts. We also implemented the chat in the company website and will look into migrating to a HubSpot built one.
