Fantastic all-in-one CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is integrated together all ok one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmenting contacts by city to send emails is really inefficient. You have to create a new list every time.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralising all core softwares into one area is super helpful and helps with reporting. We also use workflows a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting for marketing attribution isn't that easy. Also reporting on the workflows could do with some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy place to link all marketing activities and track via campaigns. Good for us to understand our customers and manage our team.

Switched to Hubspot & Was Blown Away

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability for teammate to write notes/review email templates before they are sent out. And the entire social media capabilities on Hubspot are awesome: planning, scheduling, and seeing data on how your posts are performing all in one place is fabulous-you can customize reports that come right to your email inbox! Everything has been so straightforward, easy to use. A literal all-in-one tool! Bonus points for the wonderful staff and onboarding experience our company had-no questions were ever left unanswered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet found something I didn't like about the marketing hub. Hubspot is always launching new updates and tools, and even sending out more professional information via their email newsletter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping everything in one place: I can schedule emails and social media posts, make them consistent on all my channels, get alerts if something didn't post correctly, and get all the analytics and details I need from posting/sending through Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to onboard with HubSpot Marketing Hub and how available their customer support team is. Implementation and Integration were both seemless and easy to get started!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting could be improved, and I know the team is working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to keep our Sales and Marketing teams all on the same page an organized within one system

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have a ton of experience so I'm relatively new tothis Hub but overall it has been a great experience. The ease of use, the simple yet effective website design. It's all quite intuitive and makes the user experience easy and hassle-free. I mainly build out different pages and emails for our company and I've never had an issue with anything. I love the drag and drop options as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
With my limited experience, I would say editing existing templates or modifying modules can be a bit tricky at times. It feels like it should be easier but it's a little complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a place to work on marketing automation and building out different pages. The marketing can use this as a place to retain customer data and various contact lists.

Great software for different usage!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can schedule the social media posts beforehand and have the analytics ready right on the website. I also use HubSpot Marketing regularly to write emails, create landing page, create forms, and manage leads. Overall, I'm very happy with HubSpot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some social media scheduing features are a bit outdated, for example I am restricted to only post certain photo sizes on IG even though I can easily post those sizes if I were to post directly... Twitter also hasn't changed into X, and we cannot tag people beforehand on the caption or in the post itself for IG, Twitter and LinkedIn

I use HubSpot to schedule social media posts, build landing pages, send out marketing emails, manage leads...

Best for mid-size to large organizations

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer at a digital agency, I love being able to see multiple channels in the same platform. HubSpot combines email and social and ads and landing pages in a way that makes it easy for my clients to see how well the marketing is working. The reporting feature is excellent for helping the clients understand how their budget is being used and where we're making an impact for their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a big and complex system, which makes it difficult to onboard new clients. Althought HubSpot offers very detailed support in the beginning weeks of onboarding, it is still very complicated for non-marketers to adapt to using the system. A "one and done" system is never perfect - although HubSpot does a great job bringing so many channels under one roof, it's not perfect. I still run ads natively on platforms to get the highest flexibility. But that's not a problem with HubSpot, rather what data other platforms allow HubSpot to capture via API integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution is really important for new clients to see that we're putting their marketing budget to good use. HubSpot does this very effectively without the clients having to get bogged down by logging into a more complex system like GA4.

What do you like best about the product?
The email capabilities are astoundingly powerful.

Currently I am unable to come up with any feature of the service I am dissatisfied with.

We are able to see what people are doing with our emails which has helped us build them more effectively.
