What do you like best about the product?
It has most features you need and good visibility into channel performances. Once you get going it's not difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing to learn, some things are hard to find or understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to reach our customers through several channels and effectively measure the success of our tactics

What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of educational resources, relatively easy to use, lots of solutions in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The correlation between contacts, deals, and companies could be better, and some bulk actions as well. Managing custom fields also becomes cumbersome and I wish it was smarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation in general, from creating forms and tracking urls to managing leads and CRM.

What I like is its ability to generate events and analytics in reports. To find out what actions drive sales.

They need to improve funnels, attribution, and measure isolated campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using workflows and lists allows us to segment our contacts for personalized, direct action based email outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email designer is better than it was before but some of the customization abilities seem a bit limited. When it comes to sending marketing emails I wish there was a bit more flexibility in customizing the surround experience around the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the issue of attributing leads for us. We are able to easily identify what resource is driving conversions, what stage they interact with specific emails and resources and how we can better follow up with them based on their engagement or lack thereof.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an invaluable tool for any business seeking a CRM marketing solution. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools that simplify campaign management; including email, social media, and content creation. Its analytics provide deep insights, empowering data-driven strategies for better audience engagement and lead generation. HubSpot's user interface and automation are some of the best I have worked with making it easier to "do the work" instead of "work the machine".
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the very few drawbacks to HubSpot is the Learning Curve however they ofer several online instructional videos and HubSpot Acadeny which is a top-notch interface to help you get started. It not only offers instruction on HubSpot but on CRM marketing as a whole. This feature makes it well worth the time investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot resolves marketing challenges by consolidating tools, unifying customer data, automating tasks, offering insights through analytics, ensuring scalability, and facilitating effective lead nurturing. It streamlines processes for efficient, data-driven marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization of the intuitive tools and workflows allows you to be as targetted or inclusive with the leads and contacts you are processing, to extract maximum value with full control.
What do you dislike about the product?
If set up by someone who is not familiar with best practices, workflows and processes can be quite manual and cumbersome and require a deal of unpicking to integrate the tool correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for our customer marketing system of record to coordinate all of our marketing messaging and manage our customer data in line with global data processing regulations. It ensures that we have a single version of the truth and we can ensure we are compliant and able to audit our customer data estate.

What do you like best about the product?
All in one! We can review all data of our social media channels in one place, cross data among them, and evaluate results.
Using calendar for media plan is great, but we need to have an option to embed the code of the calendar of each campaign in a Ticket
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't track Twitter campaigns, can't create carousel ads for FB or IG. Some limitations but good to track results and compare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's integrating more features and delivering new solutions, but still needs to work a lot in others. Reports and Data of MKT Hub are not well connected or easy to connect when trying to get deep reports for analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
I can do everything in one place and monitor it too - don't need to have login to different platforms. Also it ease of integration into other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Create a website it not user friendly and not easy for design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out emails, analytics, when you build a website to ad chatbot and pop-ups
