Easy to use CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything I need is in one place. It is easy to standardize and schedule out all of my digital marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to create contact lists in the email section.

What do you like best about the product?
All my data is in one place. I can access from my desktop, tablet of mobile. The management team can see my activity instantly whether accessing through hubspot or receiving email notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the limitations to create branded electronic forms and have the ability to amend a form after submission.
Better communication about upcoming changes or developments need to better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As per previous comment, the ability to brand the system and notification, for example the email notifications should be related to my company and not Hubspot, if the Hubspot brand can not be removed then the ability to dual brand should be available.

Everything in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you have all your marketingtools in one place and that you can connect it to your sales. We don't make use of all the possibilities at this moment since we are a small company. I would like to invest more time into it to get more out of it, because I am sure you can do a lot with it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the analytics part not so intuitive and easy to use. I have worked with Google Analytics which is also not that easy if you are not invested in it, but still it's a bit more easy than Hubspot. Also, it's not handy you cannot tag people in social media posts in Hubspot itself (which no tool can by the way), but because of that, we don't use this feature. The customer support is great if you reach out to setup a call for help, but the customer support through email / chat could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, I think I need to invest more time into it to really get more out of it, but for now it already helps me. The main thing is that I don't have to use all different kind of tools and that I get support.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot excels in inbound marketing, which is essential for GDPR savvy attracting a targeted audience through content marketing, SEO, and social media. The platform offers seamless integration with HubSpot CRM and other popular CRM solutions, ensuring that sales and marketing efforts are closely aligned, particularly crucial in a regulated environment like healthcare. HubSpot allows for dynamic content personalization based on user behavior and segmentation, enhancing user engagement and conversion rates. HubSpot supports multi-channel marketing, allowing you to manage campaigns across email, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads, Blogs and your website through a single dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is scalable depending on your growing data volumes and user bases. The concept of charging per Marketing Users is unfortunately a major obstacle if you think of scaling. Also most automation, sequences and workflow features come with the more expesive licenses. If your useruser base grows fast, this leads fast into larger license plans, if not tracked carefully.

HubSpot's seamless CRM integration consolidates data, providing a unified view of customer interactions. HubSpot's user-friendly interface ensures a shorter learning curve, allowing for quicker adoption. HubSpot offers extensive customer support and a vibrant community, facilitating problem-solving and knowledge sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything a company needs to manage content, reach out to clients and all the marketing tools we didn't even know we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes slow without notice - other than that, love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been solving our design problems because honestly sometimes I have no idea or out of of ideas, then Hubspot recommends or helps me/us.

Great solution for startups [till a level]

What do you like best about the product?
I find that HubSpot Marketing Hub really streamlines my marketing efforts. I benefit from its automation tools, lead management, and analytics. The platform integrates seamlessly with other HubSpot products and third-party tools, which enhances my workflow efficiency. Managing email campaigns, landing pages, and social media has become so much more manageable for me. I've noticed improved lead generation and better ROI tracking. What I appreciate most are its ease of use, its features, and its integration capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product gets expensive really quickly - which hurts when you're in a startup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the marketing hub to quickly build event and webinar landing pages - something that would consume a week or so's time if I requested one of my developer colleagues to develop it. The ease of building webpages paired with integration with other HS features like forms, mail, and analytics - really makes it super easy to know how well the page performed.

Great system to automate emails

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to save footers for different audiences and drag and drop them into the email is a time saver when creating similar emails for different audiences. The clone function also helps with this. The landing page creation is easy to use and the fact that all the answers and contacts get automatically saved in an exportable list works great for creating leads lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish dynamic fields existed within Hubspot so that instead of having to clone emails with slightly different information and uploading a new list, all we would have to do is include the dynamic field with various options and within the "send and review tab" different contact list spaces would appear for each list or the various dynamic fields. Overall a very good product. Also if, we could A/B test for the subject line or copy content, slowly sending and aiming to maximize a KPI, automatically sending the best version based on the decided KPI, and sending the bulk of the emails 1 hour after the scheduled email. That would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily preparing emails and landing pages for a large audience, while keeping track of contacts.

A great CRM with a multitude of capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily it integreates with google chrome. It makes tracking my connection with clinets super easy. I also really appreciate the website designing process. The GUI is easy to use and allows me to develop sites FAST!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Templates for web design can be buggy. I've had templates that mess my entire page up and I end up haveing to use different ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about social media posting for years at a time thanks to being able to bulk upload my schedule. I can prspect to many potential clients with automated sequences with triggers. I also don't have to know HTML or CSS to make solid web pages.

Paywalls often are frustrating and the starting tiers could include more functions from the Professional plan such as Workflow. Why a Start up shouldnt be automating workstreams?
