Good Potential
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot everyday and i find that it had useful tools and is easy to use. It integrates with all of our other services relatively well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data isn't always accurate, the data can be messy if not organized properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merging all of our solutions in one location
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a top contender in the realm of social media scheduling tools.
What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to create campaigns that span across social media, landing pages, email marketing, etc. This makes tracking analytics and generating reports seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that HubSpot Marketing Hub had some additional features that competitors have. Some key requests are:
The ability to schedule Instagram stories with direct publishing capability
The ability to tag social media posts in addition to adding them to campaigns (sometimes a post can fall under multiple campaigns and there's currently no way to track that)
A visual Instagram grid planner would make it easier to plan content in advance and is a feature that other tools already offer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to create landing pages with the ability to better track the client journey than our current website.

We enjoy how it integrates with our full marstack and tracks everything we need to track

Sometimes the APIs get a little wonky and don't sync everything

Powerful CRM with Good CMS
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's CRM truly leads the industry in ease-of-use, organization and innovation. Their customer support is great and we've never had issues getting issues taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HubSpot CMS is sometimes difficult to use, with certain features and things that would be nice to have absent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for our entire website including landing pages. We also use it for social media management, email, and workflows.
Great, constantly improving
What do you like best about the product?
AI tool for writing social posts, as well as the csv and xlsx templates for uploading posts, sometimes making website pages can be frustrating but I've encountered way more resistance from Squarespace and wix before compared to hubspot. Bulk scheduling has been a great implementation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making websites and landing pages can just get very frustrating, like moving an icon and it messes up the whole page and something that shouldn't look different on mobile. But customer support helps me when I encounter an issue.

Making it easier to update landing pages with little error

Great platform to build modular websites
What do you like best about the product?
I really like building my own landing pages. It is great that it is fairly intuitive and that each part of the webiste is modular and can be customized and dragged around. Importing photos is easy. I also like that I can preview the site on movile and desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I cannot create a webpage with several downloadable images in it. I want to make a content library for my partners to easily use. Where they could download grpahics I've made, but I can't do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to build websites for non tech savvy people like me.

What do you like best about the product?
The good thing about HubSpot as a marketing tool is that it eliminates tech dependency for any marketing activities, making things faster. From creating landing pages to running email campaigns and executing ads, the platform is easy to use for any marketeer. Reports and dashboards are highly customizable and help us understand deals and contact behavior across any timeline and take relevant actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are errors in the list created and data seems a bit off. Nothing other than that

The platform is useful for running and analyzing marketing campaigns on a large scale.
HubSpot AI and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub is easy to use and provides a lot of tools and suggestions to make implementation easier. The AI tool is great for teams with graphic designers that don't have copywriters on staff. It also allows you to integrate your social and email strategies to cross promote and capitalize on your teams strengths.
The customer service time has been very helpful via chat and phone. I enjoy their inbox as well as their meeting schedule tools. Our HubSpot marketing tools are used daily whether for email creation or social posting. The social report emails are helpful to see if your social strategies are working or new to be revamped.

I have found an easy way to insert my forms or CTA but I am new and learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a way of following our marketing strategies and expenditures to view our ROI. We have been able to implement more of a customer journey and see at what phase of the journey currently resides. This allows sales and marketing to work closely together to help improve the cross strategies and provide more useful information and engaging information for our clients.
