Best CRM for most businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use when creating dynamic experiences for individuals and centralizing efforts without much backend infrastructure. It is a great way to manage digital infrastructure and CRM tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
You really need to understand the ecosystem to make sure you are creating infrastructure that will continue to be impactful. Otherwise, a majority of your efforts will be repeated or duplicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding our current contact database and the level of engagement they have with us as a brand.
Major Time Saver for Implementing Marketing Automation with Sales Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HubSpot Marketing Hub is all the automation that is possible and the ease of implementation. If you can think it, you can do it without having to be a developer. Forms and CTAs are super easy to set up. Integration with your favorite outside tools like Lucky Orange is easy to set up, further increasing functionality. Additionally, HubSpot offers extensive reporting tools so that you can quickly see what's working and what's not working in a campaign, making corrections where necessary early on to keep goals on track. I love the way the CMS provides a language switcher plus a Smart Rules function so that we can customize our website for a global audience and provide a more personal experience for users based on their language preference and geographic location. Customer support is pretty good and even if your tech support person doesn't know the answer initially, they will usually get back to you with a solution within 24 hours. Tracking is phenomenal and provides rich insights into the user experience. If you're like me, you'll come back to Marketing Hub every day for new insights into your campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is, of course, the price. You need to balance the benefits of all the automation that frees up your time versus coding it all yourself. However, not everyone needs an Enterprise level subscription and the different pricing tiers should help most smaller businesses with their needs without breaking the bank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has eliminated the need to maintain multiple websites for each country where we do business. This resulted in less duplication of marketing efforts from our global team and a more streamlined approach to marketing our business. I love the new artificial intelligence tool, which is a great help when you feel stressed or your creativity is blocked. It can jumpstart ideas and get you quickly back on track. The simple to set up user tracking provides a lot of information and lets you know where your customer is on their journey so that you can target them with the right information at the right time.

Learning curve was steep for website builder, I had trouble editing content

- It is always changing. I feel like every new week hubspot is a little different and sometimes can be tricky to learn the new things

- Automating everything we need - We have more than 1000 workflows active that really helps us getting the personalized CRM we need
- Analytics and Reporting - Hubspot is our source of truth and everything is connected with it and without Marketing Hub that is not possible

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hubspot is the ease of use and great customer support that's provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say I've ran into too much of an issue.

Use This Software to Grow Your Business
What do you like best about the product?
The training initially was extremely helpful and very easy to understand. HubSpot is constantly improving things within the hub and make every piece user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say here is to utilize certain features you do need to upgrade/pay more, which is understandable with this robust of a system, however, it would be nice if certain things were moved down to lower tiers, specifically for companies just starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
List segmentation, email organization, and ticket management. This serves us well as we send emails for many different brands and to many different lists of users. Being able to smartly segment our using company and contact properties has been very beneficial in not only organizing our contacts but also emails.

Hubspot is amazing, with great tools for list building, segmentation and email marketing. The process for building emails is easy and enjoyable and the workflow automation simple. Solving the need for several tools, it's all in one

What do you like best about the product?
All of our client communications come from here. I love the email & landing page / form abilities, it makes it very easy to create assets once you have a template.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is easy to use, however it does take time to get up to speed if you have not used the Marketing Hub before.

Quick landing pages and lead forms to help convert leads!
HubSpot is an excellent, user-friendly tool for marketing efforts.
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of emails and the simplicity of creating emails is excellent. Also, the social media publishing and analytics tool is very helpful. Reporting is also great. I use HubSpot for the majority of my marketing efforts and it's a singular hub for all of my efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes email formatting can be spotty (in the edit version vs. the test email/live version) but this is easily fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our company to effectively market our product and services to our clients through email, social, landing pages, and analytics. We only recently started our marketing efforts and it's proven to be an effective tool. We've seen action taken, such as the downloads of our guides and/or registering for our webinars, and we've had leads push through to our sales funnel because of it.
Powerful marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Love how user-friendly the interface is and the available integrations and automations are always improving and expanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a closer-knit integration with Shopify, having to use a third-party tool as the native integration leaves lots to be desired.

Allows me to quickly build automations I can "set and forget" so I can focus on other things
