HubSpot Die Hard
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the platform continues to evolve and the constant release of helpful features. It's an easy tool to navigate and when you have questions there is always extremely quick support. I am in the hub daily, so it's important to me that it integrates well with my daily activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the options seem a little limited and the analytics are a little lacking based on the type of reporting I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Marketing hub is helpingme streamline processes and help the entire company adapt to the B2B > B2C workflow that is needed to properly nurture our leads and manage demand generation.

The interface to apply search filters is not friendly with users

Awesome User-Friendly and Best Campaign Automation software for Marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
The first best thing in HubSpot, it's User-Friendliness and User-Experience feel to the user is just amazing. Hubspot was a well known global software with all the automation features. From the Startup company to Top MNC's, HubSpot has been playing major role for all the industry's. I like this software a lot than others, i feel very comfortable using this software for working on Marketing Emails, Landing pages, Websites, Forms, Scheduling the Campaigns and finally Customized Dashboards for the Campaign performance and its analysis. Those are some of the best things, i can say about Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seriously, I don't feel any dislikes about using Hubspot. They're doing the best to develop the new features and they were giving the updates as well from the product updates section, which is too cool. They're in the good spot now, if they push it bit harder, it will be the Best Marketing Automation tool than other Marketing Automation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Marketing Emails, Forms, Landing pages, Social media integration, Setting-up for Workflows of the Emails campaigns, Automating the Drip campaigns, Campaign performance analysis and Customized Dashboards for the Campaigns/Reports for the campaign's performance also.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a wonderful tool for designing campaigns with Multiple forms of templates for Email marketing. SEO,campaign scheduling and tracking performance of campaigns is really great!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
If they include more reporting representation to do data science with AI is really appreciated. Need to add additional features like ETL concepts and Data mining for Clustering and de-duping as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is good to design campaigns with multiple combination of tempates and form designing. EMail marketing is really helpful to do campaign schedueles across regions based on fixed calendar.
A Best User-Friendly tool and Global Automation Tool for Successful campaigns.
What do you like best about the product?
This is a Best Global Automation Tool,most of the Companies prefer. Due to its User friendliness, Clean User-Experience, Creating the Marketing Email from the Scratch using Preloaded Templates or Customized Drag-Dop Features, Creating the ADs for Campaigns, SMS Features, Invidual Forms and Landing Page creation and Automating the Campaigns using workflows and integration of the other related Applications is very helpful to make a succesful a campaign for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have using the Hubspot for more than 3 years, So far I don't feel any dislikes in Hubspot. Apart from the best features which i have likedand mentioned, they have best customer support as well. If i want to add one dislike means, Hubspot in Mobile version has limited feaures. But, thats not big issue or dislike should be considered. As per the mobile configuration thats a adequate one, just adding it what i feel. But, this is the BEST MARKETING AUTOMATION TOOL, every user agrees with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, I have used for Marketing Emails, SMS configuration, Landing Page, Forms, Websites, Social Media Automation and Workflow Automation. Apart from this, I have been using this for generating reports and Customized Dashbords for Indvidual Campaigns and Group of Reports can be consolidated to make a Dasboard as well. For those functionality i have mentioned, I feel Hubspot is the best software to be considered, and anyone can go.
Good but tries to do too much
What do you like best about the product?
We don't use all of Hubspot's capabilities, mostly the email (which is not as good functionally as dedicated email senders). Hubspot is a sort of conduit for us: we capture leads in Unbounce, send them to Hubspot, and they get sent on to our SDRs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's trying to do too much which as a result, nothing has enough breadth. For example, there's no automated way to re-send an email to non-openers. Most other email senders have this option and it's hassle-free. Feels like there's a lot of workarounds with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does the job if you're willing to overlook some lacking features and/or don't want to invest further. I'm sure others found it more useful but we use it with limited capabilities. Support is so-so.

I begun to use it for my startup and was happy until they started to extort money from me. Whenever we agreed on contract, they were charging me above 5 times the contract value!

And any time I reached out to them to fix that they were creating obstacles and pushing blame on me saying that it’s because of their internal system and setup they use. They have totally awful customer support and business practice. They are untrustworthy, scale costs up according to their opaque pracises, do things totally opposite to whatever is agreed on.

I wanted to have all customer related info in one place, but Hubspot shady business practices are terrible and I migrated out whatever I could and for some features I stayed there only because of sunken costs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up this tool till the support required when necessary, hubsport acts as the benchmark for the CRM industry, with the innovative ideas adn integrations, it solves the complex marketers problems with it's intutive interface and platform capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The packaging of tools and the usage costs should have been effordable in countries where the cost plays a critical factor for considering this tool over other cheaper alternatives.

By integrating with the CRM and understanding different channels it becomes easy for us to get a holistic picture of the complete marketing journey and breaks down the action items to creack the ROI required.
