Great solution that is constantly evolving
What do you like best about the product?
The recent AI additions that were added in at INBOUND 2023.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A as the recent product updates gave me more than I could ask for.

Creating good Landing Pages with smart content and planning campaings for lead generation, because you have everything in one spot and reporting afterwards for checking the performance

It is a easy tool to use. You get a lot of data out of it.

If you do not use the full HubSpot experience it is hard to get the benefits out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful are the new AI tools. Shorten and expand are game changers when creating content for different channels.

Some of the email functions require multiple click steps which is unnecessary but overall it's a good experience.

Content creation - less time creating content leaves more room to focus on customer connection
HubSpot is top of class in every way!
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive. Modern. Easy to use. Focuses on the metrics I need to drive results. Reporting dashboard are growing in functionality. HubSpot is LIGHT YEARS ahead of my previous Marketing automation system, and gives me a 360 view of the customer for Marketing and for CRM purposes for my company. I have used HubSpot at two companies and it feels like the platform made not only for this generation, but for the next! There's nearly nothing that seems antiquated but instead I'm often thinking I wish I had more time to really focus and optimize in all the possible ways. Hard to imagine working for a company that doesn't use HubSpot for future job opportunities. INBOUND is also Top Notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could throttle our email sends over multiple hours, instead of sending large sends all at one time. This would helps prevent our call center from being overwhelmed by customers calling in all at once from the email that goes out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My previous marketing automation platform was incredibly manual and challenging to get data on basic things. HubSpot provides a 360 view of the customer that was not available previously.

Automation is amazing, e-mail health tools are awesome, prospecting tool is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to say if a number is on this list assign to this person in a workflow.

The designing capability could be lacking but that also could just because I am not great at coding and creating new modules.

Marketing Hub allowed my team to remove several disjointed tools with one robust platform. We have better visibility and efficencies across our department.

Onboarding and training could've been smoother, but it wasn't awful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The alignment between Sales and Marketing departments has greatly improved thanks to HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralization of all my accounts in one place. Being able to track my sessions driven through social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think better analytics, more granular tracking, and less restrictions on scheduling. Apply the capabilities the platforms have to Hubspot.

Isn't everyone already using Marketing Hub? They should.
What do you like best about the product?
I run every campaign in Hubspot - emails, content, inbound qualification, ads, etc. It just makes it easier to have all my campaigns in one spot.
I would recommend all your data across sales and marketing in Hubspot, especially if you're a lean team. It makes it easier to get thing done and have all the analytics organized and at your fingertips.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say once you get to over 20K contacts it gets expensive. We switched to enterprise account and was able to add on many other features which has been nice. You just really have to make sure your data is clean if you're looking to spend less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot makes it easier to engage with our prospects and customers with the right message. I love the list feature and the ability to easily set up different campaigns. We do a lot of testing with Hubspot to make sure my campaigns are always improving and I am learning more about what resonates with our users.
The biggest advantage of uaing Hubspot Hub is everything is in one place. You're not bouncing around tool to tool. If I do need another tool, a Hubspot integration is mandatory.
