Convenient Multi-Platform Posting, But Needs Workflow Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely appreciate the HubSpot Marketing Hub for its ability to create social media drafts for multiple platforms simultaneously, allowing others to review posts in one place before they go public. This feature streamlines our process significantly and enhances team collaboration. Scheduling posts in advance is another aspect I love, as it allows us to plan ahead effortlessly, making the entire process smooth and organized. Having the convenience of integrating HubSpot's sales tools with the email marketing capabilities in one platform is a game-changer for us. It enables us to send targeted emails to specific segments efficiently, which was challenging when using separate products like Buffer and Mailchimp. The consolidation of these tools into one platform reduces the hassle of switching between different applications, saving both time and effort. Additionally, the initial setup was manageable, meeting our expectations without being overly complicated. Overall, the functionalities and integrations of HubSpot Marketing Hub are valuable assets in streamlining our marketing activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the workflows in the HubSpot Marketing Hub problematic because they do not seamlessly integrate with other areas of HubSpot. I'd love to use the flexible layout for planning email series and other tasks, but currently, that's not possible. Another issue is the inability to approve and post directly from the campaign layout hub, limiting its use for our team. The inconsistency in tagging people and companies from LinkedIn is also frustrating—though useful when it works, it fails about half the time. Furthermore, I can't embed LinkedIn videos directly from HubSpot, which forces me to switch between HubSpot and LinkedIn depending on the content type, reducing the platform's overall utility. Lastly, the AI tools in HubSpot Marketing Hub don't meet our niche market needs effectively, which renders them less useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to avoid copying and pasting across platforms, create and review social media drafts, and schedule posts in advance. It integrates sales and email marketing, simplifying targeted email campaigns within a single platform.

its a beast of an app, many features. search tool is powerful to find things on backend. AI chat is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
the rabbit hole goes deep. confusing how some locations are in the left nav column and some are under the gear icon (settings). be nice if one location to view all the available apps, like design manager and blogs

The email campaign functionality stands out for allowing me to easily reach specific segments of my audience, which helps in personalizing communication and significantly increasing engagement rates due to its resonance with the audience's interests and needs. The analytics provided are top-notch, as they offer detailed insights into open rates, click-through rates, and conversion tracking, enabling me to refine my strategies over time effectively. I love the call-to-action features, as they are essential in guiding potential customers through the buyer's journey, driving user engagement, and encouraging action. The capability to clone previous campaigns and call-to-actions remarkably enhances efficiency by reducing manual efforts. It enables me to create content and schedule marketing emails timely, saving considerable time and ensuring a more strategic approach. Also, setting up HubSpot was exceptionally smooth, warranting a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Overall, my experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been overwhelmingly positive, and I confidently rate my likelihood of recommending it to others at a solid 10.

The insights provided by the tool are incredibly valuable, allowing me to refine my newsletter strategy. For instance, by reducing our newsletter frequency from twice a month to once, we significantly improved our click-through rate, which indicates better engagement. I find the easy accessibility of insights that influence contact and click-through rates immense in helping optimize our communication strategy. Additionally, the unique opens, unique clicks, and campaign features allow me to track the performance of newsletters thoroughly. The tool itself is very user-friendly, with a supportive team at HubSpot always ready to help, which eases the setup and usage process even further. This supportive environment and the tool's intuitive nature contribute greatly to an overall positive experience.

I don't like the layout; it would be good to have an email where it looks like you just sent it from Gmail, so it looks more personal and not like a mass send.

Been a Hubspot fan for years and the new Buyer Intent tools are a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot for several years and it's an awesome product. Especially the new buyer intent tools are a big upgrade and offers a lot of possibilities to explore. Haven't had the need for Hubspot support recently, but I remember it being top class in the pass. Quick response time in the support chat and helpful and friendly staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's frustrating that it's not clear enough how a specific property will behave in a workflow. The property name and description might suggest one thing, but in reality, it works differently that you had excpeted, causing issues when building complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run pretty much everything in marketing and sales through Hubspot. You can automate almost anything by using custom properties if a ready-made solution is not available, which saves a lot of time and effort.

Ease of use and set up. the menus are very easy to navigate and there are a lot of free connections to useful apps.

It has so many features that makes it overwhelming at some point.
