Great product all around
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the platform makes onboarding new employees and hit the ground running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's really a great experience, very customizable, and very well supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's bringing everything together, allowing our marketing team to easily conduct large campaigns where with other platforms we may have needed 2 to 3x the staff or a dedicated administrator jus to keep it running.
Easy to Use, Not as Strong for B2B...yet
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very intuitive and they are rolling out a lot of new features often. Workflows and automations are powerful and easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to tie external events, landing pages created outside HubSpot and other campaign elements to a marketing campaign through a dymanic list. The system wants you to create a campaign list for a moment in time which doesn't allow new members to by automatically/dynamically added to a campaign. This is counter-intuitive as campaigns evolve and grow.

Ensuring we communicate consicely and effectively with our prospects and customers across multiple channels.

Some things aren't as easy as they should be requiring complicated workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
consolidating our tech stack and giving sales reps visibility into our customer
Finally, I had to learn HubSpot!
What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub speaks my language. Because HubSpot started (I think!?) as a marketing focused platform, it feels really comfortable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it has taken me a while to get my head around reports. I'm looking forward to how natural language AI may help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me easily reach and engage prospects. It's also helping me test my "gut" checks.
The most user-friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, yet still powerful enough to allow you to create complex processes to bring your campaigns to life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the amount of things you can do, it may take you a little time to fully grasp all that the platform has to offer.

We set up full customer journey processes for our clients as a digital marketing agency.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and access to data. Ability to track the customer journey with emails and leads in real-time brings a level of knowledge to our marketing team and strategy that had been missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule or trigger re-sends without having to create a workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the social media integration and campaign advertising features. They go above and beyond all our advertising wants and needs!

I don't really dislike anything, it fits all our needs perfectly :)

Social media management, integration, adversizing and social listening/ monitoring.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
So far the best experience has been with the AI for content creating. I know AI is bog now but HubSpot has made it veyr interactive, user friendly, and just a delight to user. I particularly like how it help with content creting and helping you personalize and custom change the tone of your emails, and outreach material.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report are a bit hard to use. I don't necessary dislike this but I think it not very user friendly. I suggest a bit more handholding specially for first time users.
