What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use. Its scalable and effective. Close to market approach compared to Salesforce MArketing Cloud

So many option you need external support.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that you have everything in one platform and that you are able to run the full funnel. Awesome Newsletter and the Academy is great

Builduing Landing (design and personalaize them) pages and editing email designs are super complicated

The flow system is really solid. It is super easy to use and alter.

I don't always understand the heirarchy of what is where and can sometimes spend a while looking for things.

It alows me to better track which clients have what verticals of the business as well as understand what content they have received.

What do you like best about the product?
it integrates all of my work and data in one place.

Somtimes it van be very slow and hard to navigate but customer service is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts everything in one place and it hleps me see how all of my content is performing all at once.
Learning curve, but powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Number of integrations with other tools and analytics platforms, and the depth of analytics built into the email service. It was also easy to integrate into our custom built website.
What do you dislike about the product?
the emails aren't as customizable as a competitor such as mailchimp, but the power and ability to scale is amazing

It's helping us streamline all customer service tickets and conversations
Outstanding product and exceptional customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the exceptional staff is what I like best about HubSpot. This platform will walk you through setting up an email, landing page and workflow and if you get stuck, you can contact support multiple ways to get your answer or advise on what else to try.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product updates and the lack of communication about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing in qualified leads and showing us the journey the customer takes on our website. It allows us to know what our customes are looking for and how we can help them answer their questions.
Excellent tools for beginners to pro marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the drag and drop email builder, automations and workflows, it's been an easy transition for my users to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to customize options within the CRM are not as robust as other enterprise level programs. I wish there were more customizations geared toward the nonprofit industry.
I would like to see improvements in comparing my email campaigns on a 1:1 or campaign level. Right now it’s very hard for me to compare multiple email that exists in different campaigns or more niche reporting requests like how certain subject lines perform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us to develop automations for our marketing programs. Before HubSpot we had issues with setting up series or triggered email and now we can do this.
HubSpot marketing platform is a worldclass tool. Constantly innovating with latest and great tech.

UX/UI is very easy to use. Allowing you to drag and drop to your liking and still give you advance features.

Cost of the platform can get expensive if you are trying to use all the features for SMB market.

Allowing us to send out consitant campaigns accorss mutiple location so everything stays on brand. Brand consitency is very important to our company.
