HubSpot Marketing Hub is an amazing service.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjot the email marketing and landing page features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would enjoy a bit more creative freedom as it relates to design possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing headaches are solved for me by Marketing Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everythingis easy to see via the dashboard via login. One of my favorite new faetures is the campaign builder asssistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need very specific reporting for compliance and sometimes those reports require more manual work than I would prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE are finding gaps in our communication strategy that we were not aware of before having full visability into the customer journey.
Hubspot's free tools are incredible!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the lead tracker - I can see which companies are looking at my site, this is great for warm leads
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty expensive for small teams and I need a cheaper option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get in touch with warm leads, I also can see who filled out my forms, and the chat bot is nice to have
Fully integrated and robust email marketing

It has a lot of powerful list management and template control. In depth reporting integrated to the CRM

It is something you need to be prepared to invest in, but once you have all the data in one place it is very valuable.

We use it for aall our marketing and engagement campaigns - both to customers and prospects. It is integrated to landing pages and forms.

What do you like best about the product?
Granular data for marketing emails are insightful and help make informed decisions about best marketing practices moving forward. The rules and workflows can become very confusing, and I do not appreciate the lack of integration between Zoom and HubSpot when it comes to contact records.

Insight into our contacts; scheduling content and activity; keeping all apps/use cases in one place that speak fairly fluently with each other
HubSpot works well for social platforms, but would be more benefitial if there were more features

What do you like best about the product?
i love how user friendly the platform is. Other platforms that we use integrate very well with the software and makes it easier for Marketing to track our customers, data and success
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't see many downsides of Hubspot. the platform is very easy to use and it had great integrations. i do think my company could utilize the platform better to get the most out of the software.

it allows us to better track the journey of our contacts and send leads to our sales team. we also utilize the landing page creation for a better user experience.

Very easy to use modules and building of emails and landing pages for a non-coder.

Some of the limitations for flexibility on modules, wish I could overlap more to get a different look.

The learning curve at first can be intimidating, but there is plenty of support within Hubspot.

Hubspot helps us consolidate marketing and sales technology stacks for our clients. We can deliver services more efficiently and profitably.
I have had a great experience with hubspot specially their chat feature
What do you like best about the product?
The fast reponse with the chat feature. I have also mostly been using the email marketing and landing page features which i enjopy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page builder can be a bit ridgit and hard to navigate specially the glolbal content editor

Love the automation featuere as this is the first time our agency is trying it out.
