Some tools can be clunky and unresponsive (i.e. email design)

Provides access to a lot essential marketing tools
All contacts and companies in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub has helped us get all of our contacts out of spreadsheets and have a true CRM where everything is in one place (contacts and companies). It has also helped us send emails while being respectful of our prospect and customer email preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our data needs cleanup, but that's not a Marketing Hub issue and more of an internal training & process issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all of our contact and company data into one place allows us to best track all engagements and touchpoints across all business units. Also assists us with sending targeted email campaigns, and creating impactful marketing metrics. It has solved a lot of problems for us that has led to us to be able to offer a wonderful customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot continually makes innovative enhancements that make it easier to market our products and drive demand. Audiences are easy to build and it integrates well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot lacks lead scoring functionality and their biggest flaw is having a support model that is consistent and transparent. It can be difficult to create a roadmap for adoption with our CMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to brin in inbound leads, drive contacts through our funnel and report on our sources easily and effectively.

Can be costly on a monthy basis for small orgs.

The tool helps keep all the data in one place.

I love that all of my campaigns are in one place and I can report easily on performance and KPIs to my leadership team.

The data connectivity can sometimess be a challenge when connected to a homegrown system.

ease of use, intuitive platform that makes it effective.

Some use cases cannot be done, like unlimited loop in workflow. custom html email.

Automated emails, nurture flows, campaign management, fast follow up.
HubSpot has transformed our Marketing department!
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to connect social media, use email and connect both through campaigns. The analytics are very helpful on both and we are just getting started. We have used other software but this was helpful to consolidate data and effort in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pretty overwhelming, it does take a lot of time and effort to invest in the software, but i think we still have so much potential to unlock.There are some nuances with the emails getting kicked to spam or not being delivered and we had to manually go through a long list to change the contacts status, that was not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great single source appliation where my team can collaborate and optimize our time working on different projects. Our efficiency has improved and being less than a year into using the software, I think we will continue to see improvements!

no grammer checks, lack of social media reporting, you cannot embed maps into emails

Convincing my sales team to use it, it's always hard to talk them into it
