HubSpot Marketing Hub is a MUST have!
What do you like best about the product?
We switched from Pardot to Marketing Hub this year because wanted to better integrate our marketing stack within a tool that is much easier to use. Once switched, we noticed immediate changes in efficiency. We were quickly able to produce, automate, and optimize content at scale. Additionally, the ease of use enabled our team to try new methods of engaging content development within record time. This was the best decision ever made and I will continue to have HubSpot follow me throughout my professional journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. The platform is easy to use and fun to work in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is allowing us to remove the customer experience and journey gaps but consolidating multiple stacks and developing seamless, personalized experiences. Another challenge it is solving is cost. We have three hubs for the price of one Pardot marketing automation instance and we get so much more functionality within HubSpot.

UTMs captured per lifecycle stage would be ideal

Understanding how contacts move through our customer journey
One of the best Marketing Automation/CRM out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's an all encompassing platform that allows our team to work outside of funnels and collaborate all while executing powerful campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is the re-enrollment of workflows. I wish there was a better way to get contacts to re-enroll
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allowed us to execute our Marketing campaigns as well as align Sales and Marketing in a way we never have been able to align before. Our team is far more productive with the use of HubSpot
Ease-of-use beats any other vendor
What do you like best about the product?
I have used competing services but HubSpot is the one that always beats other vendors in terms of onboarding and bringing new employees up to speed. The service is super easy to use and so easy to get started with. Very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less costumization options compared to other (larger) vendors (a more blue-ish company) but for small and medium-sized companies, HubSpot is fantastic. But less customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All integrated in to one system. No need to purchase additional services since all is in one system (i.e. landing pages, forms, website, campaigns, analytics, crm etc.)

Marketing Hub helps us connecting with our customers, understand them and tailor marketing material for them.

It would be great to have more integration opportunities with Microsoft tools.

Marketing Hub allows us to orchestrate tailored campaigns for our B2B and B2C customers and tackle audience differences in a dynamic way.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub makes it easier for our team to organize and pull member data. Information is at our fingertips and data empowers us to better help our members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data we bring in from our original CRM doesn't come over seemlessly, but we've found a work around. What we least like is that we can only have one footer saved. We need three for our three different companies. And billeted lists need more formatting options.

It's helping us better understand what our members are reading and interacting with.

HubSpot support is stellar!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for nearly over 7 years in organizations of all sizes. HubSpot support is stellar. You call and there's nearly no hold time! They solve most issues in 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The website builder isn't for the marketing newcomer. It has a long way to go in ease of use to catch up with the functionality of Wordpress. There is a new version of the website builder in beta that might change this in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us organize our content into clusters for improved SEO performance and helps track UTM parameters across omni-channel campaigns. We're able to sync all this over to Salesforce to see which channels are working and which ones are not.
HubSpot saves time and impresses sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
I've used HubSpot at many companies and it's always been a huge value-add. It's a large and complex system but it's surprisingly easy to use and there's always something more to learn. There are great resources to learn about how to use it. Leaders at every company I've worked for have always been blown away with what marketing can whip up using HubSpot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Hubspot has so many options for customization, sometimes it's hard to locate the tools you need. For example, you might need to build a form and put it on a landing page that's sent to an email list that's built in contacts. Those are four separate areas within hubspot and their interfaces are not always intuitive. Sometimes this takes more clicks than one would like

We reach out to our clients using email so they stay engaged and informed. Everything is very straight forward and we love the data we can see on clients- it helps us monitor who is engaged
