Best Marketing CRM and Only One We Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use all in one tool. Don't need a bunch of different tools on the stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes menu items are hidden in submenus but search function solves this

All things marketing for our over 100 marketing hub implementations
Marketing Ease With a Small Team
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's marketing hub allows our small team to easily create and post content to our web site and social media. With out this tool we would be working and managing multiple native apps. We are much more efficient with our Marketing and our internal and external communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact management continues to be an issue with HubSpot. From pulling in too many contaccts and a difficult time managing lists, this is an opportunity for improvment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our data and anyltics in one place makes it easy for us to review content and pull reports for our team. Our overall followers on social media and inbound form completion has increased dramatically with HubSpot.

I love that I have everything I need in one place, being a digital feels really overwhelming that's why every marketer needs HubSpot
What do you dislike about the product?
Forms! bots get throught them all day ... even if I have added bot emails to the unwanted lists we need help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unsure of what they are solving- but I wish they were solving better extraction of data from tik tok, wordpress and twitter

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is one of the resources I continue to come back to no matter what role I am in. I find it to be a tool that I am able to train and advise my team and fellow marketers on how to use and allows us to utilize many of our marketing features in one place. The advantage of HubSpot is that it allows us to keep on top of our marketing campaigns and initiives in a easy to review and report way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I dislike. Some of the tools within the tools while robust are limited by their third party nature. Social Media is reccomended to be posted directly on social media vs. on HubSpot which is always a challenge to consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency and automation. As our team continues to build and grow, the resources found within HubSpot is a great support in getting our team to be more comfortable and confident in their marketing abilities. Having HubSpot allows us to marketing effectively while train and grow!
HS wants to be great, but falls flat for the layman
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having a dashboard to attempt marketing to all channels. Linking contacts, companies, and stats to the place I can launch campaigns and social posts is a wonderful, ambitious, and forward thinking concept boosting functionality and agility.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often falls flat and is not user friendly to transition to. Unless you obsess over software tools (which I do not) pulling your data to launch content is a frustrating experience. The integrations are of middling quality, the templates are boring and limited, and the fact that CRMs have expanded to the scale that they are feels that it is actually canabalizing the industry. The only thing that makes your brand genuine anymore is your voice- built through lived experience. HubSpot is part of the modern culture gentrifying authenticty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only thing it really solves for me is some semblence of a unified dashboard, linking contacts, companies, and dissemination channels-- like my Garmin gathers so much data about my ultramarathons. At the end of the day, I like many, will use a fraction of it's powers and be indistinguishable because of it.

What do you like best about the product?
As a HubSpot user for 10 years, I can't say enough about how easy it is to use. Compared to other systems, Marketing Hub is built for marketers, not developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As HubSpot grows, I'd like to see them grow their integrations for nonprofits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping a lean team execute tasks quickly and efficiently. Helping us to better understand performance of our marketing campaigns.
Hubspot, my first and best ever automation tool!
What do you like best about the product?
As a fresher to this Hubspot tool, i feel very easy to use this tool. I've adapted to this tool very easily, its a perfect front end tool. So, any user cam easily work on it. The email creation, list creation, landing pages and scheduling the campaign is super easy and cool to use. For those factors, i like these tool much to use and its best for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing and exporting the files will take some time here, if the data is huge. Sometime popup notifications will not show and while exporting the files it won't ask for naming the file, it will randomly give the export date as file name. So, if the name suggestions is inplemented it would be great.
And finally while creating list using filters, if the filters are long, the data will pull slowly. We have to refresh for sometimes.
But the points which i have mentioned are minor dislikes, still we can go ahead with this tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email creation, landing page creation, list creation for contacts and companies, Ads for the campaigns, social media management even more easier here. ADs feature and forms will be main thing I've been used with this software and it's really helpful for me.

Love that it is an all in one solution. Everything we need in one place makes it easy for my team.

More automation would be nice. Everything else is good

Great place to store all information in the customer cycle.
We are 3 weeks in and the onboarding experience has been great so far

The integration is something as an org we've never had before

Learning curve is hard. It's never fun. But onboarding has been smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we were using systems that didn't talk to each other and we couldn't talk to our donors well.
Mostly good but I wish there was more proactive effort to keep customers updated.

It fits where we are as a business. The tools offer us the kind of capability we need in one place, instead of through separate services.

It could be more intuitive. It takes awhile to learn the tools. Especially reporting.
