Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to find solutions within its own problems. As HubSpot works to improve their Platform to make it more efficient it also has the ability to create solutions within an order to still do what you need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes a few things missing that are available in other views that would make it easier if it was also available in that same type of you or even in that workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps with not needing to create more than one campaign due to the iF then branches that are in workflows. I would, however, like if workflows and sequences worked a little bit more seamlessly.
Simplifies our Marketing Operations
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot's email and workflows on a daily basis, and it has simplified our email process greatly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could create reports based on workflows, not just campaigns and emails separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep most of our marketing operations in one integrated place and create reports to share throughout our department.

I like the ease of use for any of my marketing activities I need to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would update the social sharing settings but I think that may be in the works
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the entire process!
Seamless Integrations and easy to navigate and build marketing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot has seamless integrations with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom webinar, G2, Zoominfo and more. This makes creating my MarTech stack easy and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to get customer support in real time. The chat can take awhile and though you get a human I wish there was a rep that I could acutally call vs. a call center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deep lead scoring based on ICP, contact behaviors and intent data to then be able to have a targeted marketing approach to digital lead gen efforts. The conversion from MQL to SQL has increased by allowing us to be able to see all of the data and execute campaigns around it.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation capabilities for more than just marketing, but also internal workflows and connecting all systems. Plus simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
That webhooks are gated behind operations hub. It should also exist in Marketing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nurturing and automating all processes for the top of the funnel. In addition maintaining our customer database to activate them with events and trainings.
Great tools that integrate well w/ each other, but some little, nitpicky issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates seamlessly with other HubSpot platforms for my team. I like how you can quickly bounce from publishing a blog post to sharing it on social, jumping into metrics of a specific email, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
More of a "death by a thousand cuts" (cue Taylor Swift song my daughter loves) thing. We use Google Docs for writing, and a lot of formatting and style issues transfer over to the blog/webpage editor, which costs us several minutes each time we publish something. Also, things like the social editor/publisher often have little bugs, like adding random quote marks, removing the linkage from @ mentions, and repeating the same title/meta tags when you use the batch feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More so for my team than me, but it allows us to create, publish, and measure in one spot. This allows us to make informed decisions for future efforts and show clients what's working and why.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great support team, lots of learning and growing opportunities, great user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with salesforce is bad, lots of issues, hard to solve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scoring leads. Emails and campaign building. I use the analytics tool as well for different promotions.
A Simple-to-Use, Powerful Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This is hands-down, the most simple-to-use and intuitive marketing software that I've had the pleasure of using. HubSpot makes it easy to streamline your marketing efforts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price-gated features to become a power user :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closed loop reporting is a God send. This tool includes just about everything that we need to prove success for our clients in one place.
An excellent product
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is fully integrated into our CRM, Sales and service hubs. It is also really user friendly and the active lists and subscription types make it ewasy to manage our email campaigns. Our attribution reporting has improved significantly as well as our MQL to SQL handover processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Campaigns tool can take some time to get used to and the way you build reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to centralise prospect and customer comms. Reporting is powerfukl when set up and integrated to website / visitor data. This has really helped us connect data points between marketing and sales / success
Marketing Hub to grow better
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing software has helped us improve the ability to attract leads and convert them within the same CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still haven't found anything we don't like about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in several countries, so HubSpot has helped us organize the database and be efficient when managing our leads.
