Love the organization and opportunity to grow!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create a system that can outlast me in my current role. It is easy to explan and can be passed down as the organization grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the social media had more intergrations and flexability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives my company a central way to be organized and keep our branding. It is helping to give our organization an overall structure that that is intuative.

N/A - HubSpot Marketing Hub meets all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and scheduling of social media posts/analytics across multiple brands.
HubSpot Marketing makes our lives WAY easier...
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub has allowed us to automate so many of the manual tasks our team was doing, and has freed us up to focus on the larger aspects of our business. We previously were on SalesForce, and it felt clunky and hard to use. HubSpot is streamlined and it is extremly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. I was going to say not being able to post Video posts to Reels on Instagram, but they just rolled that out last week! ha
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have allowed us to bring our Social Media in house with the tools they have rolled out and the automation has been a true lifesaver!
Powerful Tool for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is continually rolling out new features (largely based on user suggestions & requests) that amp up its power. Marketing Hub makes it easy to roll out campaigns and more importantly, see exactly how they perform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few "I wish it would do XYZ" things, but not many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me MANY man hours and enables me to make data-driven decisions for moving forward
Good for small and large businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use for those not tech savvy, but also big enough for enterprise customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page builder is not very user friendly. Takes to long to do minor tasks like adding a button.

It's easy for those who aren't tech-savvy to use.

Marketing Hub is a game changer. Marketing campaign management across all channels. Best holistic platform for geeks and lite users alike.

More companies aren't using it to reach their full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer journey, analytics and overall campaign success.
Great tool that grows with your organization (and experience level)
What do you like best about the product?
All the data being in one central place. It is easy to compile information from forms, events, and imports, and then export said information in a digestable excel file with all the relevant property information. Additionally, the support I receive if or when I have technical issues or questions is unmatched. Every supporter I have ever spoken with has been kind, professional, knowledgable, and helpful. Quickly resolving my question during our call or quickly finding an answer to my question if they do not know the answer right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to request changes or improvements to the system. We've been told in the past to submit it to the forum on their community page, but it never goes anywhere after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for all our automated marketing efforts, from email tracking to landing page creation. It allows us to manage our contact database and connect our sales and marketing teams together.

I like the templates that are available to use as well as how everything is connected and can give you the overall view of your marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting capabilities could be expanded on to be more customized.

Helping to create custom journeys for prospects and campaigns that can be easily built and altered to your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates with the other facets of HS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Social Media calendar/analytics could use some further development. I felt SproutSocial had a better integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the Social Media Management side needs some improvement. My previous organization used Sprout Social and it was able to pull posts made outside of the platform whereas HS doesn't show these in the calendar.
Marketing Hub is a powerful tool that brings disparate systems under one roof
What do you like best about the product?
The tools inside of marketing hub function together in a way that allows for teams and companies to easily create complex and robust systems and campaigns, while reporting on the outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get straightforward attribution reporting or know how to generate those attribution reports in order to make sure that SLAs between marketing and sales are being hit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub allows us to get to know contacts before we actually meet with them. By seeing what campaigns, assets, and pages they might view/download we get enough context and qualification that sales can reach out confidently.
