Cool and Easy Front-End User Experienced, Marketing Automation Tool in Industry
What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface and User Experience is the most best in Hubspot tool. Newbies can easily adapt to Hubspot tool, freshers can easily learn this tool from the scratch and this is the most used software due to these reasons and also these offers budget friendly price for Indvidual and Enterprise than other marketing Automation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copywriting suggestions is not here, preloaded templates is less and Chatgpt configuration is not presesnt, desgning tools can be improved or integrating the canva tool also can improve. They are very minor dislikes in Hubspot tool, its not a major concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaign scheduling, marketing email design, landing pages work, analystics, reports and Dashboards. The CRM for Contacts and companies management is super useful and big benfit for me.

The defualt options to make the email template easily and the analyze part for landing page , emails and report is easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downtime in Hubspot should be reduced and the limitations for creating the lists should be increased.

Hubspot Marketing benefits in time efficient and database management.

User friendly Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
1. It is a user friendly tool, even a beginner can learn things quickly here.
2. Most of the templates are darg and drop here, so we can design things easily and render it as per our expectation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage here is custom HTML is not supported at certain points and the fields are using same class at design level which makes bit difficult to override those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Automation - Large no of contacts can we be targetted via emails at a single deployment. Rather than sending it as a individual email we could target a large database at a single instance. Also the smart rule concept allows us to decide content display based on the contacts interest. Though we have a one on one sales conversation, the regualr email deployment comes handy at multiple situations.
A true Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has everything you need to run successful email campaigns, but their number one asset is their integrations allowing you to reduce duplicate work and create custom workflows for each client.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one feedback for the hub is that it's too customizable, keeping it simple would allow me to move faster and decrease my spend as I typically don't need all the jazz.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our website off of Hubspot, so without it we wouldn't have a main site, but beyond that the hub allows us to add blogs, SEO pages, email campaigns all in one.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I find HubSpot Marketing Hub to be quite useful there are an areas where it could be improved. The pricing can be a bit high, for businesses or startups on a tight budget. Additionally the platform can sometimes feel overwhelming because of its range of features making it take longer to get the hang of. I've also noticed that some of the analytics and automation features are only available in higher tier plans, which can be frustrating if you're not ready to invest at that level. Overall these are drawbacks, in a comprehensive marketing solution that potential users should keep in mind.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has been a lifesaver for us. It's like having an extra team member that never sleeps. Before, we were juggling multiple tools and platforms, but now everything's in one place. The automation features save us so much time, and the analytics help us make smarter choices. Plus, the CRM features let us get personal with our customers, which has really upped our game. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but honestly, the time and headaches it saves us make it totally worth it.

I can do a lot in one place, connect to my other apps, and see all of sales info as well.

I dislike how I cannot customize and move some things. There are restrictions I don't understand or agree with.

An incredibly valuable platform
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use. I'm not sure if this is part of it but the training videos and articles are so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts, keeping track of monthly analytics, posting blog articles and monitoring performance. The tutorial videos are teaching me how to optimize for SEO and I feel like I'm learning a lot overall that will help me be a more valuable employee.
Excellent for automation and data driven campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up workflows and automate your marketing campaigns with Hubspot. Starting from the lead generation to nurturing your leads to convert to the paid version. And the most important part is that you may track and have insights how your campaign performed so you can make more data driven decisions for the next campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is the main disadvantage of Hubspot. So financially it doesn't fit for early stage Startups.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and it adapts to the latest Google changes - allowing me to focus on other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are templates that can be edited, I do have to use a Hubspot specialist for a more professional design/look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one place makes reporting and insights easier to manage.
No. 1 Suite for everything marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
It's a top thing on the market which consists of all the tools you need to manage/generate leaders and do analytics around it. The great part is the sales module which you could add to have everything related to sales + marketing activities in one place. Great combo to use with Salesforce too
What do you dislike about the product?
The most useful suite is the most expensive one... Without the top suite, you will not get the full potential of the tools. So, if you don't plan to spend so much, you can use a few different tools instead of hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All related to marketing in one place. I can follow the full customer journey in one suite and don't have to go outside of it. If there is something new on the market - most probably the Hubspot will add it.
