Complete and Powerful Integration, But Costly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is simple yet powerful, which allows me to do many things from the same platform in an easy-to-understand way. I enjoy having everything integrated, as this gives me complete traceability of the contacts and I know their entire lifecycle, which is essential for promoting my SaaS to contacts, clients, and leads. I also appreciate the artificial intelligence features they have implemented to make the work easier, especially the automations that save me from having to keep track of each contact, which is invaluable when managing thousands of clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some features are only available in the Enterprise plan and not in the cheaper plan. These limitations are annoying because certain accesses should be unlimited. Additionally, the price changes between the free, standard, and enterprise packages are very high and this can be restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to integrate and have complete traceability of my contacts, automate email workflows, and promote my SaaS, which facilitates marketing, customer support, and sales.
Effective Centralization, Improvable Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the centralization of data and the reporting capabilities offered by HubSpot Marketing Hub. This centralization allows for a smooth and well-organized sales cycle management, all in an ergonomic manner, which greatly improves the efficiency of sales management. The easy-to-use reporting expands visibility on performance and supports informed decision-making. Furthermore, the initial implementation of HubSpot Marketing Hub went smoothly, further enhancing my satisfaction with its use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility in reporting could be better. For example, sometimes I need to cross more data or create a ratio on two different data points, and I can't do it directly on HubSpot Marketing Hub. I have to export the data and do the calculations in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the centralization of data and the management of the sales cycle with HubSpot Marketing Hub, although increased flexibility in reporting would be desirable.

The links with HubSpot Sales Hub are also fantastic, greatly facilitating the creation of an integrated approach between marketing and sales teams, improving the overall efficiency of our strategy. HubSpot Marketing Hub saves me a lot of time, allowing me to adopt a more professional and optimized marketing approach. The installation experience was smooth thanks to the support we received, which allowed me to start quickly and without a hitch. I am also impressed by HubSpot Marketing Hub's ability to centralize and organize a large contact database, to efficiently qualify these contacts, and to design automation workflows that simplify sales funnel management. This makes planning and executing marketing campaigns not only effective but also enjoyable.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps create buyer personas, segment contacts, create CTAs, forms, emails, workflows, and use social media and reporting tools. Its is to integrate with any platform. and very easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like HubSpot in few cases such as HubSpot Marketing Hub has some negative features include its high cost and pricing tiers, a steep learning curve, and certain limitations in features like customization and reporting, especially in lower-priced plans.

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves problems by providing an all-in-one platform that unifies marketing efforts, automating repetitive tasks and streamlining workflows for lead generation and nurturing. One downside is that some features feel underutilized for our business, and the value proposition for certain tools isn’t always clear. We don’t use HubSpot for ads, social media, or forms, so some parts of the platform end up sitting idle. At times it can feel like there are more modules than we actually need, which makes the interface a bit busy. This may be more related to our specific use cases than the product itself, but it does make it harder to justify adopting every feature.

The biggest benefit is the workflow automation—it’s easy to build campaigns and operational sequences that ensure marketing, sales, operations, and customer success are all aligned without manual intervention. It saves time, reduces errors, and gives us clearer visibility into the customer journey.
Even though we don’t use every feature, the parts we rely on make our campaign management more consistent, help us execute event and email marketing smoothly, and provide a reliable system of record across the organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that when I'm creating an email, the platform gets glitchy. It won't let me bold a certain line or make something italic. I have to save it, exit, and then come back in for it to work.

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub consolidates all our marketing tools into one platform, eliminating the need for multiple logins. It's user-friendly for creating landing pages and templates, even for non-tech users.
