HubSpot Marketing Hub is a must for any marketing team, the ease of use and automation saves time!
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow capabilites, the ease of integrating with our other systems, and their amazing support
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be more complex. Also, as an admin, I'd love to be able to set up users instead them having to input their own account information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building forms is hard to do but, with HubSpot Marketing Hub they make it very easy to do. It's also very easy to transfer the form data to our other integrated systems

Super expensive tool with limited features
What do you like best about the product?
I don't like anything in Hubspot Marketing Hub other than their content marketing efforts. Their blog posts, Hubspot Academy is indeed fabulous. But when it comes to Hubspot Marketing Hub - it's a pathetic tool that also burns a big hole in your pocket

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub positions itself as an all-in-one marketing platform that should ideally enable marketers to manage all their marketing activities in one place.
But you'll need to buy each solution individually and integrate them. This actually increases rhe problem

Long-time HubSpot user!
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot, I have been a customer for over 12 years, and it's sleek and intuitive user experience and knowledge hub has kept me engaged. They are continuously making optimizations to functionality. Great products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more insights to reporting in the event that you are not using the tool as your CMS. The reporting can be a bit limiting at times which is unfortunate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped to segment our database better, provide personalized experiences and take our email marketing nurtures to the next level. We have just started to experiment with ABX as well.
Most treacherous software I ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
Its a great CRM, has almost every option that you migth need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Treacherous contract, especially on the base of marketing contacts, where they induce you to error and increase the cost of your contract without anything you can do.

Marketing campains, sales team activities and giving me white hair because of the stress caused.
Not Small Business Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I use Marketing Hub Free and the chat feature is what I most use from Marketing Hub. No frills, and chat tools are table stakes in 2023, but it functions as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The packaging structure is not small business friendly at all. Essential features are locked behind the professional package ($800/mo) making the starter package ($50/mo) nothing more than a paid teaser that will only leave you frustrated that you can't do what you want to be able to do. If Hubspot wants to be small busieness friendly like they position themselves to be, the packaging would be more oriented around usage level than feature-locking.
Beyond feature frustrations, the platform is unbelievably difficult to configure for basic needs. While the platform is admittedly very capable of being configured to do impressive things, good luck getting there. Many of the most basic functionalities that you'd expect (for things like setting up a company newsletter) require you to search online for guides that non-Hubspot folks have put together and have you creating custom fields and manually building workflows and automations (often requiring locked features). Sure a platform like Hubspot will require some custom configuration for many businesses, but holy smokes it's like getting a LEGO set without the instruction booklet. The tools are there but it's not user friendly, and don't expect an outcome-based set-up wizard to help you achieve your goals.

Currently it's just the chat feature, which is table stakes in 2023 and bundled into so many tools. The one way Hubspot chat is benefitting me that other tools would not is that the chat history is logged automatically to the contact record.
Excellent tool, but can be overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing hub comes with a lot of tools that a marketing team would need to track campaigns and understand how each campaign performs. Many of these analyses are built-in, so you can tell very quickly without having to do calculations on your own. The ability to run A/B tests easily is a plus. We also use it to automate our nurturing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead capture forms are extremely limited - only simple forms, and even changing the style of the form can be challenging. We now have to consider using an addiitonal (paid) plugin just to create a form that is slightly more customized.
Another thing is that as your customer number grows, and you develop more contents, emails, workflows, and campaigns, it can quickly get overwhelming to find the information you need or pull the right data. So make sure to think about how you plan to manage your data before you start setting things up inside HubSpot.

Powerful, Easy to Use, Getting Better Everyday
What do you like best about the product?
Getting data all into one place so we can see the full customer profile is important to us. This gives us actionalble data sets where we can understand why customers buy and how to lead new customers down the same successful path.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if I have multiple HubSpot windoes open on my browser, the platform will feel laggy. This is getting better but is still frtrating when the pages are taking up a lot of system memory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on multi-channel marketing to reach our customers in their buyer journey. This platform helps us create and execute a robust. meaninful, and data infused marketing and sales campaigns to help convert interested website and social traffic into paying customers.
Easy to use and integrate with other softwares
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub creates transparency with my marketing channels, allowing me to more easily identify ROI for individual marketing channels. Integration is made very simple by allowing me to connect with all my primary software systems including MailChimp, Facebook, Instagram, QuickBooks, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge I had was getting my sales team to consistantly add customer information.

Phenomenal Tool For Contact Management and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to connect with our organic and paid google analytics and paid advertising. Additionally we can track details about our website performance as well as which pages and forms have the highest conversion rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your contact database is large, then you will be looking at a pretty steep bill at the end of each month. Part of how HubSpot's Marketing Hub is paid for is based on the # of contacts in your database, so you'll need to have a system in place to maintain organization and contact sanitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is making the workflows more functional with the use and ability to create custom coding, which in turn helps us automate more than just our marketing processes but also our deal pipeline management and managing the automation of tickets for servicing.
