HubSpot has everything I need for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access all my marketing tooks from one place that is super easy to use! It saves me so much time in my everyday and the reporting is a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there features that you would think exisit or make sense but are not available or do no function the way you would like them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is the biggest issue for anyone and with Hubspot I save so much time and I do it effectively and efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is what I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub. I typically don't built out our emails, but when I had to, it was super easy to pickup and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is such a small thing - but I really wish we were able to tag people (not just businesses) in scheduled LinkedIn posts using HubSpot's Social scheduling tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it for scheduling social, social analytics, and building out customer newsletters and subscriber list newsletters. It's saved me time and helped me better organize content.

Hubspot's Marketing Hub is a very straight-forward solution that helped us to track all our KPIs in one program.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the straightforwardness sometimes leads to simplifications in processes where the opposite is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful with comparing performance of different marketing campaigns across different platforms.

I love how easy it is to use HubSpot Markting Hub. Whenever there is a new feature they reach out to you and show you how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I can think of a reason why I dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot to manage social media accounts, and I love that HubSpot has added an AI feature to help generate content.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps to have everything in one place. You can look at leads and reporting all on the same platform. There are so many options for reporting you can get the data you need in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the social integrations are clunky. If scheduling/reporting on social is a priority you may need to use an outside platform to handle that. Still has some capabilities which is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps bring reporting to a new level. We get to see the journey and details of our leads through our numerous campaigns. It helps lessen some of the manual work you usually have to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Great to be able to keep everything I need to do organized in one place. HubSpot makes it simple for me to organize the complex structures of my business. Their customer service is excellent too!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all social media accounts into one place

What do you like best about the product?
After switching from Marketo to Hubspot, the transition has been very easy. Everything is laid out clearly and Hubspot connects a lot of apps to keep everything in one place. Very happy with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't love is that you have to make a list for everything. There is no excluding specific groups right in the email creator, you have to make a list first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use all of my creatives for emails and also use them on social directly from the Hubspot library. I don't need another platform for social too.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is great for SEO internal link building, organic social campaigns, workflows, and analyzing customer behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
cannot tag handles from the campaigns planned. a little expensive to increase the number of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any of the above mentioned aspects of marketing can be done, all under one roof. the problem of duplication of efforts is eliminated.
Hubspot is grossly over complicated. Basic things are missing and or illogical.
What do you like best about the product?
the link to google workspace is good. It does send everything into Hubspot and the ai isn't really that good at preventing it from happening on repeat.
there isn't much else I like about it. it's been designed (in my opinion) by people who have never run a small to medium size business.

source of leads - unbelievably this is hard coded by Hubspot and you can't change it.
if you want to put an event in as a specific source for where you met a lead, you can not. Ever. You end up writing it in the notes. I would love to hear from Hubspot about the decision in the room when they decided that. No real-world business person would agree that's a good idea.
Everyone I asked about this agreed that's a fundamental error. If you get a significant number of your leads from live events that is critical information that should be used to slide and dice that lead forever.
as for the pricing/package structure. You couldn't create a more opaque, complex, and illogical pricing structure if you tried.
