THE marketing tool for the digital age
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how broad HubSpot's marketing features are; everything from email, blogs, and social media campaigns goes through there, and glimpses of campaign effectiveness help us improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's not exactly a drawback, one aspect that could pose a challenge for new users of HubSpot is how robust and intricate it can be. Initially, navigating through its vast features or setting up workflows efficiently may be slightly daunting due to its sophisticated capabilities. However, with time and experience, users can fully harness the power of HubSpot's comprehensive toolset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is our all-in-one marketing tool. It lets us manage emails, social media, and SEO all in one place, saving us tons of time. Plus, it's ace at finding potential customers and keeping them hooked with custom emails.
The real bonus is its analytics, giving us a clear picture of how our marketing strategies are doing. And let's not forget its help in managing our content and boosting our SEO, driving more eyeballs our way. All in all, it's made our marketing smoother and more effective.

Robust CRM and CMS platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of usage, the ability to have all pages, campaigns, and SEO in one place, and on top of it, you can see interaction with each of these items in the contact record. Creating pages in their CMS is super easy, with many available templates, even if you would like to go deeper and code it is super easy to figure it out. Overall, warm recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very useful to have deeper analytics on files and to be able to create reports on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having CMS and CRM data in one place. Campaign feature is very robust where you can have all assets including the budget in one place consolidated. This helps marketers to keep track over the campaigns impact and the cost spend
Not-For-Profit leveraging HubSpot to it's full potential
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendliness of the platform, API integrations, workflows and marketing automations that will make our lives so much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I can see as we implement HubSpot is the amount of customization we require to set up the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is minimizing the manual work required to build audiences, send trigger-based emails and list management. It will also be integrated with our core CRM and allow us to have custom dashboard that report on donor data and conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is the best business solution tool for organizing campaigns. It provides a wide array of easy-to-access tools in one place. Unlike other platforms, it is customizable without being too complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just quite a lot of amazing tools in the Hubspot Marketing Hub that it's difficult to utilize each and every one of them. It would be nice to have a short tutorial on each of them upon opening for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot provides a simple but powerful editor tool for landing pages, emails, and websites that helps me design for various campaigns. In addition to helping me create, it also assists me in managing, integrating, and monitoring data.
Great Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely efficient at helping our company market to our existing consumer database. Retargeting and tracking through reports has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have appreciated if the SEO functionality allowed for you to track your rankings of your main keywords.

It helps us automate huge elements of our business and stops us having to spend as much time doing tedious tasks

I like the flexibility in creating emails.

With the lists - would be great to be able to exclude certain groups in the lists.

It is allowing me to contact my email database, and set up automated workflows.

Hard to make templated for landing pages and emails - complicated.

Can do all of my emails and landing pages straight in here.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use, allowing you to create forms, emails, and landing pages in less time than other marketing automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the forms, it does not allow uploading fields via an Excel file; it would be good to use tables for marketing emails.

Creation of emails and forms in record time, social media management, lead scoring, and automation
Great for Marketing Operations
What do you like best about the product?
The automation is super easy and reduces the time of our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I can only think of the small quantity of templates for emails and LPs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our former software wasn't intuitive enough, which meant a lot of waste of time creating really short campaigns. Since switching to HubSpot our productivity has grown up <50%
