Hubspot is a one-stop shop for all things, marketing, social, email!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's ease of the use and user-friendly experience definitely stands out the most to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the different aspects can be overly complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily using Hubspot for Social media management, it is extremely useful that my email marketing tools are all on the same website as well.
Does everything we need, simple!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's made our marketing efforts so much more simple and streamlined - it's super easy-to-use, I love the marketing email functionality and the ability to keep all of our campaigns connected which makes lead gen efforts so much simpler. Also enjoy the forms functionality. And the data and insights offered really change the way we work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the socials scheduling feature is lacking a bit - feels a bit clunky. Also, some of the insights offered for marketing emails seem to be inaccurate and difficult to connect. But other than that, I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a clear view over all of our campaigns and efforts, see how these join up and connect, and see what impact we make. We can also see a clear customer journey for our clients and are able to hone our marketing efforts based on this, creating joined-up campaigns that keep prospects warm and clients happy.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favourite things about the Marketing Hub is the analytics tool. As a marketing executive it makes my job a lot easier to have visibility on such a range of analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about the marketing hub is the URL redirect function is quite hard to filer e.g. if I search for a simple URL, it shows results which contain the start of my search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the issues we were having was managing our website externally and by using the Hubspot CMS service, we've now managed to bring our website management interal and have much better and easier control of it. Another problem Hubspot solves for us is the ability to post social media contact across different platforms at the same time and scheduling content.

You have everything you need as a B2B marketer: data, reports, email marketing, landing page, forms, design tools, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some restrictions when building more complex reports.

Having all our channels, projects, reports, and campaigns managed in one software.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is amazing for social media management! I love that I can schedule social posts in bulk all from one place and be able to review how they are all performing. I also really enjoy using campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt much i dislike about Hubspot Marketing hub, the only thing I wish we could do really is schedule carousel posts within Hubspot marketing hub for platforms such as LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing hub allows me to keep on top of customer comments and queries that I may of potentially missed. I am also able to schedule months in advance allowing me to spend more time on other campaigns and projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The all-round capabilities that using HubSpot marketing hub brings for our business is unmatched. It has all you need for marketing to your audience, nurturing leads and defining target audience/accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few issues I have found, the primary one is using the reports, they can be quite difficult to set up as there are so many parameters and the UI could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing hub solves all sorts of issues that come up for us. Predominantly maintaining warm leads at a scale is a difficult task, but with Hubspot Marketing hub its made a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need is in one location. Email templates are the easiest tool to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can sometimes be frustrating: you can't batch edit scheduled social posts, the analytics tools are there, but they're scattered all over the platform, and email templates get cut off sooner than other platforms.
Lists have also become a big issue for us. I wish I didn't have to create a list for non-openers/do not send to such and such

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, I suppose it's not solving a great deal. There's lots of CRMs out there. It allows us to email, post socials, manage sales contacts, etc.
We use HubSpot Marketing for all areas of marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the usability of HubSpot, including email marketing, social media marketing, and ad management. It also allows for easy management of our social platforms so we can quickly and conveniently respond to user queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to find any negatives about HubSpot Marketing Hub. The only thing that comes to mind if that I'm likely not utilising the hub as best as I could, so would be great to have a guide that explains all aspects!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous methods of working meant that we had to use various tools to collate our data. HubSpot Marketing Hub solves this in a centralised platform that provides everything you need to know.
Really straightforward to use and everything is streamlined.

The availability of tools and ease of use.

There is just so much available that it's difficult to find the time to go through it all!

Being able to create and schedule content for multiple platforms from one place. The same goes for emails; e-marketing is much more productive.

Can't say that I have come across any areas of the software which I dislike.

Reporting on emails, ease of writing emails, collating data for contacts who engage with emails.
