A comprehensive tool capable of addressing needs of multiple stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
- The best thing is the different functionalities available in the CRM contact (notes,calls,meetings, activities etc.). It is neat, clean and easy to use.
- HubSpot community forums, which had answers to many of my queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Workflow automation can be made more intuitive and easy to use. Especially contact enrollment/unenrollment functionality is complicated and time-consuming sometimes. Maybe I missed it, but a single knowledge document/video explaining end-to-end workflow functionalities (even minor) can be helpful for a starter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides CRM functionality that is easy to use and is further helping with social media communication and marketing automation. It has helped us with dynamic reporting and collaborative team working.

It's a really powerful CRM that's also fun to use, which can't be said for others out there.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post on all the social media platforms at just one click, the facility to create customised landing pages, run various email campaigns and easy access to all the required analytics to keep a track of the progress we are making.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike as such, but i believe there is always a scope for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a platform to conduct all different marketing activities at one place, which in turn helps to save time and increase the efficiency of our work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated mailer feature of Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it shows friction while filling up the forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me being a marketer, it's very important to analyze the campaign's data that has been done through various channels and Hubspot allows me to get that data at unified place.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so easy to use and intuitive. The functionallity are amazing, the possibilites are endless. It makes my life as a manager so much easier. What would I do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometines on the editor for the landing pages, you need a bit of advances knowledges to create or changes things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping to reach out to my customer base very easily. It allows me to create landing page much faster.

Handy way to centralise things, not much else
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing certain features of native platforms when posting to social or creating ads, so sometimes I will go directly to the platform to post things or create ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a CRM, so it solves that problem. Haven't explored much other than marketing hub

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub is its comprehensive marketing automation capabilities, which enable businesses to centralize and streamline their marketing efforts effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything specific to mention. So far, I am happy with everything.

What do you like best about the product?
The links to our CRM, website, sales and our ecommerce platform are awesome. It puts everything all in one place and allows me see to see how our stakeholders are interacting with us across a multitude of touchpoints and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can fault is the CTA design responsiveness. The HubSpot CTAs when embedded onto our website do not automatically adjust for desktop and mobile. So I have to be cautious when designing CTAs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot stops the need for multiple platforms and softwares. Whereas some marketers would use one platform for EDMs, another for social and a seperate sales/CRM system - HubSpot has all of those elements in one software. Everything I need in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is perfect if you want to be able to track the impact of campaigns without needing additional support or set up - everything works really simply and seamlessly. Detailed automation capabilities are probably my favourite part. Specifically, we are able to nurture leads and convert them or qualify them through workflows, conditional splits etc - so it's automating a lot of the time-consuming work our sales teams used to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a downside, more just that the set up can be a bit restraining if you have a more complicated tech stack. For example, we use the CMS and it's tricky to track conversions that aren't form submissions on a page. Based on the way we generate leads, it would be great to measure this in a different way. However, when we use Hubspot in the way it's intended, it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really need to have clarity about where leads are coming from and which channels bring in the best quality leads. Hubspot helps us make data-driven decisions about budget and future campaigns.
