Favourite CMS and marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's capability to centralise all the marketing functions from emails to social media to ads. Makes it extremely cohesive experience. I can manage everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't functionality to post carousels from the Social media function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub unifies the different marketing responsibilities my role covers. As a generalist, having a one-stop shop for everything I need makes it easier to manage. The usability of the platform and functions also contributes to increased efficiency and transparency within the business.
Simple tool to learn, excellent support!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the marketing hub because it's easy to navigate, simple to learn how to use, and helps our team get content out quickly to our clients and potentials with great support to help us along the way!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could utilize folders to organize our marketing efforts at a campaign level rather than just at an individual asset level. It would also be great to be able to house different types of contact cards in separate environments rather than just marketing or non-marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us easily set up campaigns that allow our existing clients to opt-in to initiatives with very specific CTAs in order to encourage enrollment into our program.
Efficient, Organized, Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I are able to stay on top of all marketing efforts, including email, social posts, landing page conversions, workflows, sales activity and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects aren't as user-friendly as I'd like. For example Landing pages can be clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that it's an all-in-one place for all our marketing needs! It keeps us on task, organized, and super efficient at our work. It's a place where communication and efforts are synced across departments.
I doubt there is a better system out there
What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-ine connectivity that HubSpot has is incredible. I've worked with various systems which all need to be mashed together and don't communicate seamlessly, and having used HubSpot at my last two companies, I just can't see a better option.
The system at my current company was so fractured that I sought out HubSpot's help yet again to ensure I had the full functionality I needed and that my team could utilize to keep us all in check and ready to tackle our projects!

What do you dislike about the product?
I mean, let's be honest. There is always going to be a cost for good software. While HubSpot is amazing, the cost is always going to be a factor for a smaller company that may need the tools HubSpot offers. The cost is in a bracket where for most small companies can't afford them.
Additionally, it is not a task management system. We use Monday.com alongside HubSpot because we need something that can track tasks in a reasonable way.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it is all about time management and automating the things you do on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis. It's also about finding ways to connect that automation to the output of your team - analysising where you spent the most time and had the most impact.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has all the tools I need to host end-to-end marketing events and campaigns.

There are many steps to setting up an event or campaign, and I wish the website's organization were much more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one-stop shop for all my needs. Everything is interconnected, so I can see all my real-time data in one place.

For me it's the ease of use. How simple it is. Even trying to use new things, it's not hard to try and find things out on your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest pet peeve is it not scheduling in current time zone.

Being able to automate scheduled campaigns outside of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hubspot Marketing Hub is its comprehensive set of features and tools that cover a wide range of marketing activities, including email marketing, lead generation, social media management, analytics, and more.
The tool is pretty intuitive; hence, you can learn fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited design flexibility when it comes to Landing Pages and Pop-ups. When it comes to support, trying to connect with an agent can be difficult sometimes and not always an excellent resource for problem-solving since their answers are often links to the community or support pages, not always specific to one's case scenario.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with Salesforce connects with Hubspot's reporting, which is pretty convenient and something our previous tool wouldn't provide. It's fantastic and easy (once you get the process) to create workflows and collect data from them, along with email and form creation for specific campaigns/data collection/journey.
A new dimension of organization
What do you like best about the product?
I live how HB is integrated with many other apps such as Apollo, Calendar... This saves us so much time. Love the automation feature too. The new AI tool is another time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building landing pages with great UI can be tricky. Maybe you should add more UX/UI designers regarding this feature. I also have not found yet an efficient way to send multi languages newsletters (if our database is not clean and we do not know what is the preferred language)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using one platform to "rule them all" has been a huge time saver. Whether it comes to publishing or to analyzing the data. The new AI feature is very much appreciated too.
Perfect tool for CMS and Marketing/Sales Ops
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great help/how-to guide for more complex functions, wonderful reps and support agents as well. It's by far the easiest CMS I've trained marketers and blog managers on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales tools and user settings in particular are highly complex but also just what our organization needs. There's help along the way, but it wasn't the quickest to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection between our sales team and marketing team has always been tricky (or non existent) and HubSpot Marketing Hub helps bridge a lot of that gap so we can lean on and support each other better (and bring in more conversion!)
Great CRM with Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive workflows that can be connected to email marketing. That said, I love to set up interactions between marketing resources. Great software!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection to Google Analytics is poor. I do all my analytics reporting in HuSpot now and our company does not use Google Analytics. HubSpot analytics/reporting is excellent!
