Great platform with great capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Hubspot Marketing Hub is its ability to streamline my marketing efforts. The platform offers a variety of tools and integrations that allow me to manage my content, social media accounts, and analytics all in one place.

Overall, I highly recommend Hubspot Marketing Hub to anyone looking to improve their marketing efforts and streamline their processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, sometimes the CMS component can lack some flexibility when creating webpages, blogs, or landing pages. This can be compensated by purchasing themes and templates, but I would like HS to work on that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems it solves is the need for a centralized platform for managing all aspects of marketing campaigns. With Hubspot, you can easily create and manage all my content and my campaigns across different channels, all from one place. Additionally, Hubspot provides powerful analytics and reporting tools that allow me to track the success of my campaigns and make the necessary adjustments to improve their performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot's marketing hub for the features it does offer, and the integrations it DOES have. I appreciate being able to use the Marketing Hub for things like social media scheduling, email marketing, and CTA creation. I've recently started using campaigns, which offers a great way to see the combined efforts of a content theme across multiple platforms in one place. I love the insights I've gained from email marketing, and even though I was reluctant to build a blog there, one of my clients has and it's been a good experience for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I like a lot of what HubSpot has to offer, I'd like to see more integrations and a greater ability to post a wider variety of content on social media. We started working with a designer and a social media specialist, and it's tough having to split our efforts between HubSpot and Meta for posting, for example. If we were able to post reels and stories, as well as varied Facebook posts through HubSpot, it would make our lives a lot easier. I'd also like to see HubSpot get into reporting that rivals Microsoft BI or Tableau. It feels like they have a lot of the building blocks for greater integrations and more powerful insights, but instead, they're focused on AI efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easier to collaborate with team members on marketing efforts, including social media posts, landing page design, and blogging. It also makes creating and reporting on calls to action and form fills easy.

HubSpot has a solution for everything marketers can need. List management, emails, web analytics, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many solutions, there won't be the same level of depth as other tools. Though, you're able to integrate with many apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of too many siloed tools. By bringing all of these under one roof, you're able to take full advantage of the tools in a more unified and wholistic way.

Great Product for Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub makes it easy to get actionable insights on data from incoming visits. GREAT for inbound marketing. It's free features let you sample what is possible from the very first login and helps you get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a really big cost jump from Basic to Professional tiers, and some of the features that would be incredibly helpful (even on a basic level) as a starter organization. I wish there was a way to integrate a single social media platform to start, and then grow get more with the next tier as we grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to integrate the view between advertising, website visits, and what they're doing on the website. The automations will be helpful as we grow.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is their social media scheduling features. It's pretty easy to create posts and edit the caption and content for each platform all at once. The calendar allows me to keep track of what's being posted when so that I can make sure the content is evenly spread out.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that I can't schedule IG Reels or stories through their social media scheduling tool. This is understandable though because I don't think many other scheduling platforms have this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a service that can help me schedule social media posts in advance and efficiently. I can do that through HubSpot.

My favorite CRM as an email marketing specialist!

What do you like best about the product?
Their email features are my favorite part about HubSpot. It makes sending mass emails to our clients so easy! I especially love the drag and drop feature within the email builder. I'm not versed in graphic design at all, and I can still easily build great-looking and professional emails to send to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of some of the new privacy laws around email open rates/click rates, it makes it hard to see our true email marketing metrics. This isn't necessarily HubSpot's fault, but I do wish there was some work around or way to better track our metrics. Also, within workflows, I wish there was an easier way to see people that met your goal. We use this feature a lot and it's annoying to have to go and make a list to see these people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our client segments are very complicated and it can be hard to segment out the right people for each email we send. HubSpot does make it very easy to integrate with other platforms we use to carry over the appropriate data points. Being able to segment so specifically is really helping our clients to get the most meaningful and beneficial email content that is important and relevant to them.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using HubSpot for years now, and the marketing hub is a powerful and comprehensive platform -no doubt. Its user-friendly interface, robust features, and a lot of integration options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could receive more help in developing all the tools there. Sometimes, we need more guidance to take full advantage of the product. Though you are easy to reach and the courses on your 'Academy' have helped us become more self-sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to keep track of the stats, the dashboards and reports are perfect for tracking and then the comparison tool between marketing emails, gives us enough data to ensure we're sending the right message.

What do you like best about the product?
Its interface is very user friendly. We find it easy to navigate the platform, access its features and set up campaigns without requiring any technical knowledge or coding skills. Hubspot hub provides in depth analytics and reporting features that enables us to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns.

The Templates are Hard to Modify. Occasionally, there are glitches or delays in the platform, affecting smooth operation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything you need is in one system. I can work on the website, post to social media, compose and send emails, and work on blogs all in HubSpot. Plus I can see the analytics for everything on my dashboard(s) to help make marketing decisions for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more integration with social media. For example, linkedin posts can tag people, only businesses and you can only link a facebook page but not an instagram page at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to see everything in one place so I can make better decisions faster. It's more efficient and I can be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it's very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the fact that there's a lot of room for improvement in creative areas such as internal templates, design, etc. I think the developer can vastly improve these areas.
