HubSpot truly is a Hub for everything
What do you like best about the product?
I like Marketing hub because it lets me create, schedule and publish all social posts, blogs, etc from one tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more functions in the marketing hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping all our marketing centralized and easy to create and manage campaigns.
Hubspot keeps me sane!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule all my content in one place. My post schedule is crazy with 40-ish channels across platforms and Hubspot keeps me on track and on schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the monitor feature because I don't feel like I'm truly able to engage with the content and profiles in a meaningful way. I would love more features for engagment to be integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is filling the gap between having a lot of accounts/internal clients and being a small team. I could not do the amount of work that I do without HubSpot to help market, post, and analyze.
Hubspot is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage company contacts and send emails through automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to merge FULL NAME to FIRST NAME and LAST NAME property fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to send automatic emails through workflows and manage our contacts.
Great for email marketing and analytics, social media management side needs work
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the email marketing side, it is very useful and easy to use across our whole team. I also love all the resources available and how transferrable it is to other teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very frustrated by the social media management side, I wish it allowed Tiktok, and it is not friendly to reels. I would be more inclined to use Hubspot for all our tools if this was up to snuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making communicating with our audiences way more efficient and easy to do, also allows us to quickly pivot so we can adjust messaging and do A/B testing, with quick follow ups to digital ads or event leads
HubSpot is user-friendly and provides tons of customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HubSpot is the customer support. Whether it be in the chat or via email the response time is acceptable and reps try to do their best to assist. There are also many videos and tutorials to provide additional support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for the forms and CTA options to be better utilized. It would be great to have the forms show up in emails instead of providing links and adding an additional step for people to click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us with automation and workflows along with drip campaigns. It's also a great CRM that we use along with the Kixie Power Caller. We are also able to create monthly newsletters easier and quicker.
Intuitive interface and reliable customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I've spent the last 6 months acquainting myself with Hubspot Marketing Hub after coming from 4 years of working with Pardot. Both use cases were largely for B2B email marketing. The two platforms are comparable in what they do, but I think Hubspot has the edge for a few reasons.
1) Intuitive interface: It's easy to master Hubspot tools. Whether you're just beginning with marketing automation, or you're a seasoned pro, you'll find the platform enjoyable to use.
2) Extremely accessible customer service: I borderline abuse the help chat. During business hours, I can usually reach a human within seconds. They're friendly, helpful, and always follow up on the more complicated tickets that have to be discussed with their backend team. This alone is a reason for me to never want to switch.
3) Ease of collaboration: I can't speak to Pardot's design tools, but with Hubspot, it's easy to bring in external designers to help us build exactly what we need. User permissions are easy to design in a cinch. Can't say the same with Salesforce products.
If you're looking to start using a marketing automation platform to start scaling or switch from a competitor, you likely won't regret it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything that's a dealbreaker for us, but I have a couple gripes:
1) Dark mode support for drag and drop emails: It's 2023, Hubspot. Can you please give us dark mode functionality in your email drag and drop builder so that our emails don't look terribly unprofessional in certain email clients?
2) Reporting could be more robust. Would love to report at a more granular level in a way that matches Salesforce functionality. Having to do reporting in two platforms (Hubspot and Salesforce) makes it hard to see marketing's impact throughout the entire funnel.
The Hubspot team knows that there are tons of great ideas in the community forum. Please start to prioritize the ones that are receiving a lot of support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub allows us to market to our customers at scale and at ease. The plugins allow us to be more productive and tune our marketing efforts to be highly effective.
Super amazing tool that just makes life easier and more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the thi mg a that I can do with the marketing hub. I can build beautiful looking emails, landing pages and forms. Having all that in one place makes it easy
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to really dislike. Obviously because it's a powerful tool the learning curve can be a bit big but otherwise there is nothing to dislike. I do wish the email builder would allow you to have different elements for mobile vs. Desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing hub helps me build my landing pages and site, as well as my forms and blog. It helps me reach out to my leads and engage them in many different ways.
Very customizable, similar to mail chimp, but in a more complete CRM database.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one-stop shop with the tools to do it all, from lead capture, to automation, to metrics, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit difficult to sort/organize, and we end up with too many different mailing lists. Then we are automatically charged when we go over a certain number of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to capture leads through forms, reach out to perspective customers, and then track engagement.
HubSpot Makes Marketing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is centrally located and easy to find. No matter what I'm looking for, I can pull up what I need in a matter of seconds! Everything from social media posts to emails, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that the new social media tool takes some getting used to in order to be able able to post quickly. I feel like the post-duplication feature can be better as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem of having to look on each individual social network to find stats and older posts. Hubspot allows you to view what you need right in their platform
Great for content creation and crm management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's incredibly user-friendly, there are many options to make it look customized and professional, and it has time efficiency in mind by duplicating emails that can be used repetitously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would really help timewise if I could duplicate and schedule multiple emails at once. I think it becomes tedious at times to individually clone emails and schedule them out one-by-one. I'm not sure what the solution would be for this, but it's worth exploring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think HubSpot is making it so I save a lot of time building new emails by the duplication method.. I also think that the way lists are created and how you can finely filter them really helps with our email campagins.
