Options..
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the navigation is simple and effective. The UI is great. Most of my colleagues, be it their first time or not, find it very easy to learn how to interact with the hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only critic I have for the marketing hub is that is has limited options for design. When designing a form or anything for that matter, the options are limited. For example, when designing an email blast, you can only choose between three kinds of dividers. Dividers are very important for the design of an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to schedule and publish blog posts. It also allows me to quickly design a form, landing page, or email blast. Time is of the essence and it definitely helps reduce the time it takes to carry these out.
Easy to use, and well organized
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot automatically organizes both incoming and outgoing info. Hubspot allows me to outreach to clients, schedule clients, and speak to clients all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that Hubspot does not automatically include all contacts to a deal. I find that I have to manually add deals from time to time despite the client's email having the company name in their address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than using a Google sheet to organize all clients into categories: those outreached to, those who have scheduled meetings, those who have unsubscribed - Hubspot saves me so much time by doing this for me.
Couldn't Live Without Hubspot for our Clients!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all areas of interaction and engagement with our contacts is invaluable. Pageview, deal, and conversion insights help us craft seamless automation experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike too much about HubSpot Marketing Hub... the only thing I'd say that creates an extra step for us is that form submissions can't be sent emails to unless you create a list of those users. Also, the landing page builder is quite limited, but it's getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track the efficacy across various marketing channels (campaigns). I love seeing the metrics of an entire campaign across all channels, paid ads, social media posts, emails, and popups. I also love the new popup feature that has design elements - that saves us from using an external platform for high-design popups!

What do you like best about the product?
We host our site on HubSpot's CMS. It's incredibly easy to use, and we like having our content all in one place. So far, we've been thrilled with the results. We prefer it to WordPress.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I do not have any complaints. Occasionally, we have issues uploading content on the backend. But it's so infrequent that it hasn't been an issue at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has dramatically improved our number of qualified leads and directly impacts our ROI. We have a small team and we have everything in one place using this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helpful to be able to organize, edit and preview social media posts in one platform across various accounts. Being able to compare posts across platforms and easily assess metrics is useful, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the email template editor can be improved upon to be more user-friendly. I also think the social media metrics can be improved to be more accurate as they slightly differ from our tracking tools sometimes.

Being able to track metrics in one place to assess the performance of different campaigns.

Having everything a company needs all in once place.

Trying to upload your custom fonts for your emails.

Storing all of our data and allowing us to filter them down to specific demographics.
Great product for a mid-sized marketing team.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use the platform as a central marketing CRM also houses landing pages, forms, email, social media, and much more. This makes Hubspot the one-stop shop for small and medium-sized marketing teams to do their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality relating to forms and landing pages remains limited and pales compared to dedicated tools. However, this is a tremendous through-line tool for your Sales CRM and can still serve several more "niche" roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a single pane of glass for small and medium marketing teams to do their job in one accessible, centralized location. While functionality may lack in some areas, the "bread and butter" as a marketing automation tool is the best balance of power and ease of use in the industry.
Basic but powerful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's all-in-one approach toward email, social media, and content marketing allows for a comprehensive marketing tool at a low price point. Even the free version provides core functionality. Reporting and analytics are quite powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the free version provides most of the CRM functionality, the advanced features require a paid subscription which may seem a big investment for startups. Some of the customization options are restrictive and limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, Hubspot is being configured to cover most of the customer journey from general audience data through leads, qualified leads, contacts, and customers. It manages all the campaigns related to acquiring new leads and helps us to classify a large dataset into actionable lists that are then transferred to a project management software.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has proven to be instrumental in improving the performance of our pay-per-click and search engine marketing initiatives. The interface is simple and dramatically simplifies the process of budgeting, executing and then analyzing campaigns; the automated tools save us time and effort, allowing us to focus on other crucial aspects of the business. The incredible analytical features of this program will enable us to fine-tune our marketing strategies and reach a wider audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they could make learning easier for new users by including a help module with documentation and video training as part of the onboarding process. The aesthetic value of the design should also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
