Great solution for mid-sized businesses!

What do you like best about the product?
It's so user friendly
It has a two-way data connection/integration with most CRM's
You can do advanced workflows and automations
It covered most of my teams' needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing pages can be a bit difficult to work with or just doesn't have all the features you'd want (can't customize things you could in WordPress or other CMS)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the full customer journey and how the channels are contributing to SQL's and sales
Being able to connect to our CRM in a two-way integration
Building dashboards with ALL metrics from our CRM and HubSpot for each marketing channel

Great for many reasons but emails is highest for me

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing is an awesome tool that I've been using since opening my business. With offering free and paid plans I was able to afford what I could, especially as a new business owner and I've been able to grow and continue to use these tools. My favorite piece of the marketing hub is the email tracker because it allows me to see when people open emails and it has actually gotten me a client because I followed up with her after we had already ended discussions when I saw her opening my email multiple times in a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much I don't like about the marketing hub. I think there are a lot of features for me that I don't really need but they don't get in the way of the tools I do use so I can't think of any bad pieces to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing hub is allowing me to keep track of the information that I would otherwise be blind to. There aren't many free tools that allow you to do sooo much like hubspot does.

Easiest marketing automation for a small team

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is incredibly easy to set up and use, which is critical for me as a team of one. It's also powerful and versatile, making it the clear choice to help level up our company marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
My primary gripes with the platform are that our budget doesn't yet allow us to access features I want (namely, lead scoring and routing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the only person on the marketing team, I do a LOT. That means I need tools that make the most of my limited time. Hubspot does just that.

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use hubspot for marketing campaigns and features are terrific. It comes with a CRM which is great! I noticed better deliverability in hubspot compared to some other tools I was using. It made me switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hands down its the pricing. Starter pack has good features but if you need sequences and workflows, you have to opt for marketing hub professional which is $800/month which is insane for a small team like mine.
The drag-and-drop email builder is not market leading either!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A tool for Marketing Email campaigns with built-in CRM, with better deliverability was my requirement, and hubspot delivered.

What do you like best about the product?
What we love most about the marketing hub is its flexibility - it allows us to tailor our campaigns with automated workflows and precise customisation. The dedicated reporting feature provides detailed analysis of each campaign so we can quickly measure performance and make precise adjustments where needed. In addition, having a single platform for email marketing, blog post management, and SEO helps tie all of our online efforts together into one efficient hub that continues to improve over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that the HubSpot Marketing Hub has a limited feature set. It falls short when it comes to features that allow experimentation, flexible text creation, and email process setup and customisation. In addition, the lack of an integrated CRM system makes it difficult to track customer data for personalised communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us save time and effort by automating our connections and processes. By connecting to other enterprise platforms, we are able to gain greater visibility, which allows us to serve customers and prospects more effectively and provide better follow-up.

The essential foundation that powers everything my team does

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is the single most user friendly, impactful marketing automation platform that I have ever used. It is intuitive and easy to use, which translates into high adoption by team members. The best part about it is the visibility it provides at a high level into how our marketing is working, and at a micro level into every interaction and touchpoint at the contact, account, and opportunity level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Marketing Hub. That being said, the thing I struggle with the most is hygiene. We've been using Marketing Hub for years, and have a lot of hands on the platform. I would love a way to improve how we organize the information within Marketing Hub by enforcing naming conventions for lists, images, workflows, etc. as well as identifying duplicate files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub helps us orchestrate a streamlined prospect and customer journey. We rely on it equally strongly for customer marketing as we do for our top of funnel and having a single, integrated platform where we can track every interaction with individual contacts across marketing, sales, CS and ops is incredibly valuable.

Migration to HubSpot already paying off!

What do you like best about the product?
We recently migrated to HubSpot Marketing Hub, and it has already provided many advantages over our previous solutions.

• We have been able to seamlessly integrate with our data warehouse, allowing us to tap into data and segment our audience in ways we never could.
• The onboarding and training resources are exceptional, making it easy to learn the platform.
• The saved blocks are a big time-saver, and global modules are a huge win for future-proofing our emails. It already has saved us countless hours of updating templates.
• The Hubl code is very versatile (hint: if you are not comfortable with code, you can even use ChatGPT to write the code for you)
• The built-in form utility is great for streamlining our overall automation flow, and allows us to consolidate our tech stack.
• The conversations inbox has provided a great way to manage replies to our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found HubSpot to be very versatile, and have had very few issues. The only thing I've run into is that the platform can take some time to process workflows with a large audience (750K+), but have had no issues with smaller lists or scheduled/direct email sends to large lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above, HubSpot has already improved so many of our processes. Even in the couple of months we've been using HubSpot, I've been impressed with the new features, like list splitting. It's exciting to see a product that is actively supported and growing, that clearly cares about user feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
If you're looking for all-in-one marketing, sales and customer support software that will help your company increase productivity, look no further than HubSpot. By utilising the platform's rich feature set, I have been able to improve processes and reporting metrics across my team. The analytics tools also allow me to identify areas for improvement while evaluating which strategies are working well with clients. With its user-friendly layout and cutting-edge technology, HubSpot is a great choice for companies looking to succeed in lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the overly technical nature of the HubSpot Marketing Hub daunting. When I'm trying to get help, a long list of links isn't always helpful - it can be time-consuming and frustrating when all I want is an easy-to-understand answer or explanation in plain language. A more conversational approach would make navigating this hub much easier for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've benefited from the HubSpot Marketing Hub because it enables my small team to create high-quality content in less time. Without it, we would have had to do more manual work, which is both costly and inefficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hubspot marketing is that all marketing requirements are met by one centralized platform. Offering a unified interface for all marketing efforts reduces time spent and boosts productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
So there's only thing I think could be improved, which is the user interface of the hubspot marketing hub, cause when I saw the panel for the first time, it was a bit too overwhelming to see all those features, and it can kind of required some learning initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads nurturing was one of the things that we failed horribly initially, but we knew we had to do it efficiently, so we were looking for a compant that we could rely on for all our marketing campaigns, email marketing, etc, and we are glad we stopped down to hubspot. We have seen immense amount of growth in not just leads, but sales as well.
