What do you dislike about the product?
1. Hubspot marketing hub is an expensive affair, specially for a startup

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Email automation, personalization via picking up contact and account information through its own CRM
2. Automated workflows help us build email sequences
3. Automated lead capture on custom build landing pages, pre-populates information, and adds form-fill data to the CRM. Thus, saving a lot of time and effort.

An effective tool that is simple to use and completely integrated with CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub tracks integrated data through its built-in marketing analytics tools that measure campaign performance across email, social, website, and ad channels in one place. The platform integrates with other tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to provide unified dashboards, cross-channel reporting, and detailed insights into lead engagement, lifecycle progression, and attribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s already an all-in-one tool, but it would be fantastic if more integrations could be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inefficiency and lack of automation: Manual marketing efforts can be time-consuming and prone to mistakes. Businesses can automate repetitive processes like lead nurturing, email marketing, and social media scheduling with HubSpot Marketing Hub's automation tools. By saving time and increasing productivity, this automation frees up marketers to concentrate on more critical tasks.

Duplicates are easily created and everything is based off of contacts which doesn't fit b2b as well

What do you like best about the product?
You can have campaigns linking various channels all in one place

There is not a lot of control over the CSS for the website templates - not as easy to customize if you are not a css professional

Easy scheduling, easy tracking, and I can manage all channels in one place
More than a platform — Hubspot continues to be an essential partner in our Marketing stack today
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot continues to differentiate and develop their strength as partners-first, working alongside their customers to get the most out of both the Hubspot Marketing Hub and their marketing practices more generally. Their “customer success-first” and readily-available approach maintains a feeling of Hubspot as an extension of our team.
For the Marketing Hub specifically, we like the integrated nature of campaign development across emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows. The interface and set up are intuitive, especially compared to alternative platforms. Everything works and plays well with outside solutions and sync health gives you immediate feedback on what might not be working optimally.
Smart reporting dashboards also make generating insights about campaign performance effortless. With their investment in AI (e.g., Chatspot) Hubspot is only going to get easier to use and more powerful and we’re excited to see the many benefits it will bring to Marketing Hub.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are very pleased with Marketing Hub but would welcome a few usability improvements.
Right now the interface is inconsistent across Form, Workflows, Emails, etc and we would like to see a more consistent interface and record management toolset. Folders (and sub-folders) for every asset type, in the same spot across the UI.
Moreover, while the UI is on the simpler side it could use a refresh to integrate some of their newer tech in as core functionality vs what often feels a bit bolted-on. The same could be said about their Workflow management — more robust commenting, color coding, recycling entire workflows within workflows, would all be welcomed.
Lastly, we’d love a bit more visibility into the roadmap in terms of what’s coming so we can plan/prepare and take a more proactive approach to our work.

At the end of the day, Hubspot brings together all of our Marketing activities and analytics in one place. This makes it easier for us to deliver campaigns that drive results.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate all the ways HubSpot has made our marketing operations easier and more efficient. Its intuitive tools make tracking performance a breeze, while its extensive resources allow me to get up to speed quickly. The ability to combine CRM functionality with comprehensive analytics allows us to gain insights from customer interactions that simply weren't possible before. The ability it gives us to handle student inquiries is unparalleled - we can streamline processes and improve accuracy without having too many people working on any one issue at any one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that video calling is not available in the HubSpot Marketing Hub. I want to be able to talk on the phone and share my screen to better explain what I'm asking for - sometimes text alone just doesn't cut it! A chatbot can provide an appropriate response, but there will likely come a time when only an actual conversation between two people will suffice to resolve the issue that needs attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub saves me time and resources. It simplifies my process of tracking user engagement, streamlines communication with internal teams, and helps make working with external specialists easier than ever.
Hubspot Hub Great for Marketing, Not A CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing features and ability to run detailed reports for almost anything you will need. It is very user friendly. If you've used other marketing programs or any top CRMs in the past, then you will be able to navigate with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
They stopped using CPI's as a way to connect and integrate with other software. This caused issues for us with some of the other companies we were using for other needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub allows for us to be able to keep all of our prospects and current clients information in one location. I can see which methods have been used to contact each prospect and if there have been any responses from either social media, email, SMS texting or calling.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is so easy to use that you can create everything you need (work flow, pages, emails) in a few minutes reducing drastically the time to market of your actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can do almost anything, but most of the time the feature you need requires a tier upgrade, that means you'll have to pay a lot more than expected. Plus it's not possible to segment leads based on their last privacy & marketing preferences submission date in bulk, so it's not easy to stay GDPR compliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an old crm that is not in cloud yet and it's not made for marketing automation. With Hubspot is so easy to create an automation workflow it takes literally 5 minutes to set up a complex automation without a single line of code. It really reduces our time to market since we don't have to involve the IT department.
