Great platform for Digital Marketing and upskilling

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub has helped our team to provide more transparency on campaigns. It helps us track everything relating to our customer campaigns. One of the better things about the hub is that junior members have the ability to learn more about digital marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love the platform. I haven't had a bad interaction on the platform yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to attribute and focus our digital efforts. We are currently using it to nurture leads. We did not have a comprehensive platform that allowed us to follow up with clients, see how often we were engaging with them and evaluate our efforts. Hubspot Marketing Hub has helped.

What do you like best about the product?
The suite of tools could be good, if Hubspot could actually provide what they initially offered our company, but they provide terrible service and take no responsibility for issues that are faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Terrible service and take no responsibility for issues that are faced. Hubspot introduced us to a terrible partner that cannot integrate the system with our ERP even though at the quote stage, they promised the world. Hubspot are now saying it's nothing to do with them.

Avoid using them at all costs it's not worth your time or money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage our social media platforms through the hub & our email campaigns, however, the integration with our ERP was going to provide benefits and features that we were really looking for, we wanted to see how our accounts were affected with our marketing actions but this has thus far been impossible for Hubspot to offer and the integration partners they put us in touch with. Once we encountered issues with Six and Flow an 'ELITE SOLUTIONS PARTNER' Hubspot left us hung out to dry with no support and still hounding us for money for a product that isn't fully integrated as it was sold to be.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for marketing and sales is great. I think they will soon take Marketo's share entirely if they haven't already albeit analytics is a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics is not up to Salesforce CRM standards. Web analytics is completely

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's dashboards and reporting is easy to use and allows for companywide and individual dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Orum could be better with more data being transferred between the two systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping Intellect with both inbound and outbound marketing. As a driven-data organization, we leverage HubSpot to track and manage the entire customer journey from original lead source, to engagement, to close.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub is all in one stop tool for all marketing needs. From tools to reporting to growth, if used to it's full extent can help aany orginisationn grow to inpresideneted heights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting tools are independent from HubSpot main reporting tool. Which if brought togather can give more holistic review of customer and marketing efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tools offered by HubSpot Marketing Hub provide the convince of controlling all marketing efforts in one place. It help orginse and analysis all the content from continue growth.

What do you like best about the product?
My organization is using the hubspot in many ways website creation, marketing and CRM automation is excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
As this point of view I found that with limitation with the webiste analysis data. Thet can provide the more accurate and real-time data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot interface is very easy to use so in our organization we can create website with ease. No coding skill require. Adding more about the marketing automation this helps us to make sure we are getting the enough ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of Hubspot Marketing Academy and the various tools available, especially for the starting at a low fee of $18 a month, It has many options for marketers and really provides a huge amount of support in terms of information, help desk and the academy. I have loved the way Hubspot creates a culture of trust for years now! Excellent tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to say that the thing I really can not get my head around it the low contacts that they provide and the cost to increase them, not only that the professional jumps in cost to $800 which leaves no room for growth on the smaller companies. They are a top-notch service and although they have looked at their pricing... This gap will scare any new customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is an integrative tool that is easy to use, they offer a wide range of services for their clients and they have great contact tools for agencies to perform at their optimal. They believe in unbound marketing as a true solution to keeping customers and they are right. They provide creative courses and engaging content to teach you how to communicate effectively with your clients. - rather ideal clients!

One aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub that some users may find challenging is the initial learning curve. Due to its extensive features and capabilities, it can take time for new users to become fully proficient in navigating and utilizing all platform aspects effectively. However, HubSpot offers comprehensive resources, including training materials and support, to help users overcome this hurdle and maximize their marketing efforts.

We intgrated Marketing Hub with Saasquatch (an referral management system) the propblem with the integration is if we are using single reffal progarm it works perfectly, but if we use multiple referral system then we have to work using API's, it just only support one program natively at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing hub just works. It's easy to use and robust, and help is readily available through HubSpot's own documentation and community conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing like access to historical values for easier reporting. Two years back, HubSpot''s customer service was superb, now it's a bit harder to reach, but still good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub lets us create marketing emails and social media posts easily in one place. Email campaign tracking is also well done. In addition, we're able to manage account-based lists that are used as a basis for LinkedIn advertising.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have all my marketing activities and reports in one place, from blogs, social media and ads, to reports, tags, files and website. It's also very intuituve for marketing AND sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features need that last few details - for example: I'd love if I could upload documents or add tags to social media posts. Now I have to go to LinkedIn to post if I'd like to add some of those to my posts. I'd also appreciate if the funnel didn't drop contacts that "skip" a step in the sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is solving all our previous tracking analytics where our data was spread over multiple platforms. We can also control our content as we are using the marketing hub and CMS. We are only just starting, but we are excited to gather all information in one place.
