What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot lets me create compelling content, set up email flows and nuture leads in an easy and stress-free way - yah!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a lot - a bit more on site help on some of the tools would be nice though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting all our leads in one hub - together with important landing pages, blogs and email flows.

What do you like best about the product?
A centralized place for all marketing initiatives. Quick to learn and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not super easy to integrate with other tools: centralize as much as you can on HubSpot or don't use HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a huge fan of HubSpot for many years. This is where all your marketing efforts come together, tied to the actual business results. The best thing is that it's very simple and intuitive.

You can use all the functionality without studying complicated technical documentation. And once you're done with the basic setup, there are plenty of advanced opportunities to go after.

And which is also important, the HubSpot team constantly works on improvements. A couple of months ago, I participated in a user interview about the reporting features I lack. And here we go – they've recently launched new marketing email analytics functionality. Simply amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I lack flexibility in the reporting, but I can handle it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I work closely on email and content marketing, and I can monitor how these activities impact the pipeline in real-time right on the dashboards.

Amazing software for a marketing team

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the possibilities with sequences and routines.
Also all the possibilities to customise the UI and the fields of the different objects
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is soo expensive! We could enjoy from the startup offer but otherwise it is very very expensive.
Second issue is data cleanup, I had to use another tool to manage the data because the bulk action are limited inside hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to set up very easy and user-friendly marketing and sales automation workflows have been incredibly helpful in ensuring we communicate effectively with our potential and active customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations when it comes to taking advantage of dashboard reports and using some properties in workflows. Email templates still feel very basic versus your other competitors, nonetheless still functional and does the job right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating lead, applicant, new customer marketing communications and data management. It gives us a rough idea of where our bottlenecks are in terms of application journey and how we can push them to convert.

Easy to use and powerful tool, natively integrated with CRM

What do you like best about the product?
All tools are in one place, well integrated—email marketing, lists, forms, CMS, landing pages, blog, and integration with ads. Before I moved to HubSpot I had to use a basket of other tools, and it was tough to integrate them. In theory, there are connectors, APIs, etc. I had to juggle CSV and Excel files to get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
In CMS I sometimes struggle to get the page exactly as I want. Sometimes it is hard to find a place where I can change the settings of pictures in ready-to-use templates. I may lack skill, so maybe its just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked on getting leads from marketing events - like webinars, social media posts, etc. To achieve the results I need to use current CRM customer data to send emails with invitations and track the results of the mailing campaigns. Also, we put ads on Linkedin and Google. The ads redirect leads to landing pages, so they can register for the event. Once the event is completed, I use HubSpot to create follow-up emails and run the sales process on the leads that have converted.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, easy to learn and have a great support that replies quickly everytime
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit too high, but the value is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving us a lot of time. The reoprts and dashboard we create on the platform giving us the transparency we need to make educated data-driven decisions

What do you like best about the product?
Anything that a hands on marketer can think of is available in the same interface. From analytics to design, from SEO to blogs, from forms to landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small features that would be nice to have and most of them are discussed in the community platform. I believe it's a great resource for HS improvement ideas

It's helping us unify all pur marketing activities, keep teams updated on different data sets like customer activities, sales forecasts. Helps us understand our users better an offer relevant content at a relevant time
