Happy long-time enterprise customer
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and continual improvements and new offerings
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user requests (on the community board) remain left unaddressed after several years
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to see all of our customer/stakeholder engagement metrics in one place. Easy to maintain and update our website via the CMS and creation of landing pages for gated offers. Blogging tools for SEO optimization have really boosted our inbound traffic and leads/subscribers.
SUPER easy system to use with great tracking and usability
What do you like best about the product?
We started using this for email and social posting and tracking interactions; it worked so well and was so incredibly easy to use we have now expanded to landing pages, contest entry forms, and our new website CMS. The plug-and-play functions are great for even the most none technical user, and its been a tremendous help to see effectiveness; plus, the team is excellent to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization on landing pages (design elements), and a QR code generator would be a huge help. It would also be great to be able to truly customize landing page URL's so they can be shorter and not show up as unsecured links.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how how angles are covered. From email campaigns to ads and social integration. The data points are good and especially powerful when you use it with reports and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to use the templates for email marketing. The dashboards and reports are useful and company specific - so depends on the type of data we collect of course. But lots of options still

Bringing all the information together in one place. Especially when used in conjuction with the data collected for sales. Walking through the entire sales funnel and also having the workflows

My favorite tool are workflows, it helps automate the whole marketing process and organize the data base.

I'm happy with all the tools to be honest.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up campaigns, workflows, and content with Marketing Hub is very easy and quick. HubSpot provides many insights and information about how contacts are behaving on your site or how they interact with forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the significant drawbacks of Marketing Hub is the lack of visibility into a specific email a contact has received, mainly if this email contains variables. While contacts have an "email" section in their profile, this only displays the content of one-to-one emails, not marketing emails. Having this visibility would make this product top-notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously our marketing efforts were separated into many distinct areas - with Marketing Hub, we have turned it into a centralized space with excellent visibility into the daily routine of our users and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the sheer power and versatility it brings to the table. For starters, its all-in-one platform is a game-changer. It provides everything I need - from email marketing, SEO, social media, and blogging, to landing pages - all under one roof. This eliminates the need for juggling multiple platforms, saving me both time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Marketing Hub offers a fantastic, feature-rich experience, if I had to pinpoint a minor hiccup, it would be the occasional overabundance of features. For users who are looking for a more streamlined, 'lightweight' experience, it might feel a bit overwhelming at times. However, this issue is somewhat trivial

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and friendly interface. Their SUPPORT is beyond excellent and instantly available for any help needed. Thanks team, for your great efforts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not in place yet, I find them mentioned as ideas on the community by other users. I think they could be applied to make it easier for the user to implement all that's needed to facilitate their job.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing is an exceptional all-in-one marketing software that provides a wide array of tools and features to simplify and improve every aspect of your marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit too complicated. A lot of features can be cut down to be accumulated into one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has been helping me out with a lot of marketing issues which we faced, including website pages and landing pages.
Hubspot is a Marketing Machine!
What do you like best about the product?
Really like using this service to build workflows so we can create campaigns that are both targeted and calculated. Everything about the UI is easy to use and straightforward, and really appreciate how things make sense from a common sense perspective unlike other CRMs out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to say what I dislike about the service because to me it would be hard to build something better. Everything is really well thought out and built to use the service quickly and easily. One thing I guess that has bugged me is that when I create a link in emails and select a colour, sometimes it will be underlined with the original colour, so I'll get red and blue combinations which is kind of annoying. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to really slice and dice data so that we can really target who we want to. Really like that we can create many properties and personalize emails, build workflows with precision, track website analytics, etc. Did notice that our website analytics though weren't displaying the two most recent days which was sort of odd.
Great features for marketing, and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy many features of the HS marketing hub; everything from the ease of creating landing pages, forms, CTAs etc., - and then being able to attach them to a certain campaign. The ability to consolidate assets for each campaign, gives a very useful and effective overview when creating, deploying and monitoring campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the landing page editor and email editor had more features and modules. It would be nice to have graphics and animations available to plugin to landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HS marketing hub solves the issue of establishing and connecting marketing assets and automation. More specifically, the ease of which to create landing pages, forms and email workflows is highly valuable to me specifically.
