Most powerful and flexible CRM I have work with in my career in Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked in Customer Success for over a decade and used several tools. I must say that even where Hubspot is not driving their marketing efforts to this part of a business, it is absolutely powerful what you can do and build to drive the right Onboarding, the right (reactive) customer support, the right (proactive) account management or customer success actions. The communication with different teams, the ease of implementation, scalability and more. I just think it is a game changer as a CRM that is flexible but also powerful and can help you build a business structure (to really be able to manage a book of business in a couple of months tops).
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that as you use more functionality, it becomes more and more expensive. I think the pricing is very flexible in general, but I have a hard time when I need to balance areas of implementation and cost. It gets to the point that the value starts to be diminished unless you pay a lot more, which for a startup, is not always something you can afford. So having that feeling of limiting factor does put some constraints on what you can or could achieve otherwise.
Also, I think, even though their Service Hub is relatively new and pretty powerful already, there are areas that need more development to make it better.
Contact Management can and should be improved, in Customer Success you depend on understanding and ranking your contacts, so you can deliver the right service and know who are your decision makers, your buyers, and your contacts that are critical to service to renew them at the end of their contract, etc. Right now, you can't arrange contacts or link contacts to multiple objects (only repeat contacts in each record). Things like this are pretty annoying; it should be second nature for a CRM to handle or enable you to handle those relationships.
Finally, the fact that Hubspot can't handle Icelandic as a core language is limiting for us personally.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything, everything and anything we are making sure it is centralised into the one CRM, from Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Website, Relationship management, sourcing, and more.
Experience of a copywriter using Hubspot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it centralizes all the information in one place so I can deal with emails, blog articles, and workflows - all together. It is also intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be more customization. I would like to have more tools to work on the design part of the emails and blog articles. The thing about shortening the link in social posts should be changed. Also, there are some features in the workflow that could be improved like the dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything centralized and giving the possibility to automate the publishing of articles, the sending of emails, and so on. It also has checklists to make sure everything is okay.
A Fantastic Tool for Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
The Hub is a fantastic way to reach audiences, especially for a company like ours. It lets us specify who we want to reach, how we reach them, and the follow-up work we want to do - it's amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great all-round tool, but it can take some getting used to. This isn't a negative as such, as the trade off is a fantastic piece of kit, but you do have to dedicate some time to learning the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Hub allows us to reach customers in one fell swoop, rather than messing around in individual inboxes. The Hub allows us to create, send, and review all aspects of our email marketing campaigns.
Excellent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of it's design and the great customer support. There have been times where I've had issues with API integration, though the hubspot team are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing lists can be a bit bulky. Templates also didn't give informative errors which made development tricky resulting in more support requests. Better and more intuitive user feedback would go a long way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to automate and centralize our marketing and sales in a powerful way. Making us more productive and freeing up time and resources while helping sales activity.
A must for all mid-market companies
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use, I have used many CRMS and marketing automation platforms and Hubspot is by far the most intuitive platform. I also love that I can control permissions with such accuracy, everyone has access to what they need but never more so that it is easy to ensure the data clean and system is secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes them a while to add features that their users are asking for, there is a platform where users can suggest features and upvote those by importance and even when they annouce something is coming or in consideration it seems to take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A ton, it is really the basis of our marketing department, we use it to log emails, do email blast, do email sequences for sales, for scheduling our social media, we use it as our company CRM, we use to track deals. And it is integrated with our Canva account so it really handles most content creation and design for our entire company but especially our marketing and BD departments. The only thing we don't use it for is we don't have a hubspot blog or website because we prefer Wordpress but the Hubspot/Wordpress integration ensures that is possible and we still get all the needed information into HubSpot.
Hubspot Review
What do you like best about the product?
Track properly the lead interaction with our mailing and interactions. Also automate maling campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, i dislike a lot that i need to upgrade to the pro plan to be able to share list in a efficient way. There is no point to include that in top tier plans!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating mailing campaigns and track user interactions
Excellent all-round marketing automation solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and slick. It ensures smooth operations of marketing operations, from email, to website, to CRM etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pay-per-contact model can be hard to budget for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built our website on HubSpot and carry out marketing workflows (email, lead capture, page tracking, website). As an integrated solution, it make this task easy.

- easy CMS
- great blog management
- easy CMS

What do you dislike about the product?
- could be better about making themes for sites
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best all-Rounder there is
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow automation system really is the best there is. Intuitive, easy to use, and simple to integrate with the rest of the business. For running complex or highly-segmented strategies, it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes bugs that cause delays, which can be frustrating. And the idea "jack of all trades, master of none" could be applied if we're being particularly harsh - if you just need one thing doing well: use another software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Triggering emails to separate segments based on specific flags is extremely helpful. It's helped focus the team and ensure there are no cross-wires when it comes to reaching prospects.
Hubspot Review - Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub offers an all-in-one marketing solution, consolidating a range of tools into a single platform. The intuitive user interface makes navigating and executing marketing tasks easy. With robust automation capabilities, including workflow and email automation, personalized and targeted campaigns are a breeze. The advanced analytics and reporting features provide valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there is a lot of information and so many things that can be done in Hubspot. I refer a lot to knowledge base, but it is hard to execute some marketing tasks efficiently and get correct data when there are multiple ways to access or measure something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I can automate many of my marketing emails to go out and frontload a lot of content is nice. I enjoy that I can access LinkedIn and automate content to post from hubspot to there. It takes a lot of work out of posting in multiple areas at different times.
