Easy to use, along with pushing the business forward with our marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is incredibly user-friendly, allowing us to accomplish tasks simply by dragging and dropping elements into their respective positions. Everything is intuitively designed, making it easy to navigate and understand. Moreover, we have access to excellent customer support in case any issues arise or if we ever feel uncertain about something.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of our primary concerns is the pricing of the platform. We have observed that the expenses incurred on the platform barely offset the revenue it generates for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It effectively addresses our marketing automation needs, filling a gap we previously lacked. The platform's user-friendly interface enables us to swiftly create and execute email campaigns without much difficulty.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflow/Automation is great set of tools which makes the planning and automating stuff well in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had great expectations from recently released ChatSpot from HubSpot. please improve it. It can be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot lets us plan in advance and execute seamlessly on all our campaigns so far. Though dashboards and reports can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love HubSpot for its ability to consolidate everything into a single space. It's incredibly convenient to be able to track every aspect of the user journey, from their interactions with our website to email marketing campaigns and workflows. Moreover, the integration with Salesforce and Outreach provides valuable insights into how users are engaging with our sales team.

The support provided by HubSpot team is also really good. Their response time is lightning-fast, and I truly appreciate their proactive approach. Sometimes, instead of just providing written instructions, they go the extra mile and send me quick video tutorials, which have been incredibly helpful for learning specific tasks.

Having previously worked with various marketing platforms, I can confidently say that having everything centralized in one platform significantly simplifies my life. HubSpot streamlines processes and eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools, making it a game-changer for marketing management.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where HubSpot could improve is providing clearer information on why certain users are unable to receive campaign emails. At times, it is unclear whether the issue is due to hard bounces, low engagement, or other reasons. Having more transparency and detailed explanations would be beneficial in troubleshooting and addressing any deliverability challenges

What do you like best about the product?
Allows for full automation of your marketing suite, Any User can set it up and its easily trainable for wider team members. 100% recommend for any scaling team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very annoying when building templates, as you can't adjust the layouts easily and can be clunky. Would need design/coding help when doing this. And storage systems can be very flawed.

Allows us to report on all social/ppc platforms in 1 place. Allows us to automate our marketing/ABM outreach to our clients. And allows a full end to end process for our customers

What do you like best about the product?
We use marketing hub to track all of our leads, analyse data and use this to inform new content. I love how seamless the tool is compared to other platforms I've used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we struggle with workflows as there are so many different ways to do something. I guess it would be better to have more demos available so that we can learn how to do specific more niche things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to track our leads along their full customer journey meaning that we can target them more specifically with content and offers they'll love. Being all in one this makes it a lot easier to do in one place and at speed.

Comprehensive Marketing Solution with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has proven to be an invaluable tool for our organization. The seamless integration with CRM has significantly improved our inbound marketing efforts, providing a smooth, end-to-end process. The tool is responsive, and quite intuitive to use, which minimizes the learning curve and allows us to focus on our core marketing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its many strengths, a few areas could be improved. One is the UI customization for HubSpot pages content. For instance, the language selection menu is quite challenging to format. This can be a pain point for companies like ours that need to cater to a multilingual audience. Furthermore, a more seamless system for translating and multiplying multilingual content, including internal links, would quite enhance the user experience.

Finally, while we appreciate the robustness of HubSpot's offerings, a simplified subscription process would be helpful (since we historically have various plans running, there were some hurdles in the automated subscription process).

Can't do my job without HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
Everything can be tracked. that's what I love the most about Hubspot is that you can see what's working and what's not and have it all in a dashboard to review. i can easily review all my emails and templates and see what needs to be fixed.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it can be overly complicated aka the admin processes and all the properties. i don't like how we can't alter the filters on static lists. its hard when you are trying new things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has allowed for us to have all sales and marketing activities in one place. not to mention our customer success also uses hubspot and the knowledge base is essential.

What do you like best about the product?
The email creative marketing campaigns that you can create are endless. We love to promote our designed case studies, events and new articles using the email function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love for the LinkedIn integration for social posting to be more flexible as if you're posting from the LinkedIn platform e.g. posting carousel images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to reach a wide global audience with our content and events. Hubspot Marketing allows us to do that with email campaigns and organic social posts. Both our London and New York studio use the Hubspot platform for this.

Great as a marketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly, more than other marketing tools. In my case, as Email Mk Specialist I use on daily basis email and automation services, we migrated email services 1 year ago from other email tools and the difference it's been great ever since.
Also, it's a great asset to be able to use the same platform for many different mk services/channel - Email - Website (LP, forms, blog) because it's easier to build a campaign from centralising everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think reporting and analytics could be improved - comparing other digital mk platforms (Marketo for example) reporting is not as complete as sometimes we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us (mk team) manage mk campaigns in a centralized way - and for me (email and automation) it's helping me build many workflows and automated campaigns easily compared with other tools.
Also, I think it's great to have an HB account manager to help us with everything - we have recurrent meetings 1 a month so she/he asks us what are we doing, what we want to do in the next months and how can HB help us, presenting new features releases.. In my previous experience with other tools, account managers only scheduled meetings with us to try to sell anything else or communicate price increases.

What do you like best about the product?
The information and data knowledge you get from Hubspot is unrivaled; this is the best marketing tool any marketing person could ask for. Their academy and knowledge base also compliments your role and supports you far better than any CRM I have used in my 18 years in marketing
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that more and more people are going to start using it and my colleagues will realize our success isnt down to me its down to Hubspot.

I work for a fantastic SME in the UK, and data has always been an issue, what is great for us is the insights we have gained about our customers. I am excited to complete our new website within Hubspot and reap the rewards of that
