A lot of restrictions and things being changed affecting what is created already.

It solves having processes automated and the employees knowing what they have to do on their day to day
I can't imagine using any other CRM solution

It makes it simple to automate engaging campaigns that actually move leads forward, and the new Breeze AI features make creating social posts feel effortless and I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be extremely helpful to have a search feature that scans across all emails and blogs for a specific keyword. This would make it much easier to quickly update content, track where certain information appears, and keep everything consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy for me to see which call-to-action graphics and links get clicked on the homepage and test them against other versions.

The setup was really painfull especially with the Facebook integration.

What I like the most is that you can have all the information about a contact / lead / customer in one place. You can track the journey, analyze and interact with them at the appropriate time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools or functions need to be improved. For example the landing page creator or the customer success / service Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They create new features like Campaigns (although it is pretty basic). Also from a general perspective, they are also improving Workflows and other tools

I'm not aware of any competitor that is capable of delivering so many quality tools for so little. On top of that, their support team is second to none. Truly remarkable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it covers a lot of ground, this is not the platform you'll want to leverage for complex automation, for example. In sum, it's for those looking for breadth over depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single platform for CRM, CMS, SoMe management, and email marketing. It does all that simply in a single dashboard which is something that as far as I'm aware, can't be found anywhere else.

It is easy to get started and simple to use. I have used implemented Hubspot in all startups where I have worked, and it has always scaled with the company.

While being simple to use, sometimes there are things which are hard to customize.
