What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy the platform is to use. It is very intuitive, and the HubSpot team is constantly working to find ways to improve this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside to the HubSpot Marketing Hub is that things are constantly being moved around - it's great to see improvements, but not when it becomes detrimental to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub allows my company to automate the way that we reach out to our customer database, and means that we can do so in a timely and relevant manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The most powerfull thing is the integration with all imaginable marketing toolings, having everything connected in one place is just very confenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
That some of the marketing automation flows and filters are not on par yet with what marketers want to experience in todays rapid changing world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem being solved is the ability to use one tooling and have insights into mulitple different toolings without needing to have 30 tabs opened

It is hugely flexible and very versatile... It allows you to do almost anything at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box, it does very little. Everything is built around the app store and purchasing plugins. You either need to know how to code your own plug-ins, or you need to invest a lot of money in it to make it work.

It helps us automate communications with the customer and provide dynamic customer experiences.

Intuitivity when using the platform, insights & tips on how to make the best use of it.

Some critical features are missing, so it's not always possible to make your vision concrete.

Love all about HubSpot - the product, the company, and the brand
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and easy to use. I'm personally a big fan of workflows and the level of automation you have with HubSpot. And the toolset itself is very robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is constantly updating and improving their platform, which sometimes can be confusing - you had one view yesterday, and today it's a new one. However, they do a really good job of educating users.

A safe choice as for CRM/MAP
What do you like best about the product?
Does all the basic MAP functionality well. Includes a CRM that fullfills the requirements for most companies. Syncs well to Salesforce if you need that.
Personal favorite is workflows which is a very versatile tool that you can utilize to automate all kinds if tasks such as data enrichment, keeping your CRM in check and automating various marketing activities.
The range of integrations to other apps is incredible and has allowed me to square up the functionality of Hubspot across the entire suite of tools and services we use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall seems very little new/improved functionality has been rolled out on the MAP/CRM side over the past year or so. Or if it has, it has been minor and gone unoticed by me. Perhaps Hubspot is putting their effort into other parts of the platform?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing leads, building audiences and tageting marketing activities on them. Enriching contact and company data with workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is easy to use and I can manage everything in the same place. I have social media, data dashboard, SEO-tool, everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some social media features are not supported, even though they are developing all the time - like now there just became possible to post carusel format to Instagram from HubSpot. But still like producing hashtags and tagging people has to be done on social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love my marketing dashboard all organized in one place. We use quite a lot marketing automation and plan to scale that in the future and it is super easy to build.
