HubSpot has simplified lot of marketing campaigns, and their execution.
What do you like best about the product?
The KPI measurement, and review of engagmenet across campaings is beautiful via hubspot. They give a in-depth analysis, as well as an overview for the engagement for each of the campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts management, and synching platforms with hubspot is a bit probloematic. I would prefer easy integratio of platforms, and some versitality between them as well, like a plugin (for example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has automated lot of marketig process, and communication between the agencies, and the user. With many templates, and suggestions it has also improved content delivery to the target accounts.
I love Hubspot. It helps my business grow, its stable, well organised and unlimited features

Its scalahle, always updates with new amazing features

A bit pricey but its worth it though. Otherwise no other dislikes

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us to generate and nurture leads effectively. It allows us to create personalised and targeted campaigns, track lead interactions, and automate follow-up processes. This leads to improved lead quality, increased conversion rates, and a higher likelihood of turning prospects into customers.
It's very vast and it has helped our company in building customer relation management.
What do you like best about the product?
Well, I like the customer support department whenever I'm having any issues with my HubSpot account, there's always a customer support team for me to help solve my problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the filters of Hubspot. It's very confusing, and I get confused a lot in building my segmentation when I'm sending any marketing campaign to our user

Good for Lead Management and Tracking your Marketing Efforts in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
As a CRM, the tool is excellent. All-In-One Marketing Platform empowers to work seamlessly on multiple things simultaneously, like consolidated tracking of FB, Linkedin, Google Ads, etc. Also, HubSpot CMS makes it easy to build and optimize website pages, blog posts, landing pages, and more. It offers SEO recommendations as you create content, which can help improve visibility and rankings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email count auto-update, which triggers extra charges. There should be an auto cut-off in place so that users can not add marketing contact more than the available limit. I have had this experience and had to explain that to authorities. Fortunately, Hubspot settled it via a quick refund.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking via consolidated reports of marketing efforts, especially ads. The forms which delivers the leads directly into the Hubspot CRM. The freedom to create landing pages and blog posts.

Detailed viasualisation & analysis of data in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike honestly but one area of improvement would be to have an appendix where the hubspot jargon/nomenclatures are defined.

It can give me analysis of huge datasets in seconds, which helps to make business decisions faster.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect is workflow automation because it allows me to create processes tailored to various goals easily. I also enjoy personalized emails and analytics reporting. Compared to other marketing software, HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise is particularly well-suited for medium and high-end companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is user-friendly, using it correctly can be challenging. If you lack expertise, making mistakes and disrupting the system is effortless.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is like combining all communication app and mail app, combining it and placing it in an app called Hubspot. This makes my life easier, this app helps me achieve that "Work life balance and work smart". Keep it up Hubspot!

nothing! So far everything is perfect! i love all the features that you guys created, hopefully, there's more to come for us that will benefit our challenges at work while managing our personal life :)

Managing our business platform and keeping client records arranged, secured, and prioritized. This also helps us spend money on different application, particularly on communicating to our client, we don't use skype or mail, everything is in HubSpot
