Great all-in-one marketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot consolidates marketing channels and presents the data nicely in analytics reports or dashboards. It provides an overall view which saves us time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lacks our needed features, such as website landing page tracking. Also, report could be missing some customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot as a consolidation tool for traffic from all channels help to save us time in configuring tracking on our website

What do you like best about the product?
We like how from marketing to lead generation it is effective, reports are easy to create and customize and the HubSpot Academy is very usefull.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no multi-touchpoint capability is not available while sequence/cadence is for paid seats only. Recently, we have had issues connecting to live support. We have been requesting for a call for 3 weeks now and haven't heard from anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot interface is very user-friendly. I like how intuitive the experience is as a first-time user. With just the right level of curiosity, learning to use the platform is pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not very keen on the chatbot on HubSpot. They've built it out like a workflow instead of a botflow which makes it more rigid and difficult to use. Unlike the rest of the platform, the chatbot feature needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub provides a one-place destination where all our marketing assets, automation, reports and metrics live. This makes it easy for us to set up marketing automation, create webpages and publish blogs, manage campaigns and create reports within the same platform.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of HubSpot Marketing Hub that I absolutely love is its seamless workflow creation. With intuitive tools and a user-friendly interface, I can effortlessly design and automate intricate workflows tailored to my specific marketing needs.

Additionally, HubSpot's exceptional support team deserves special mention. Whenever I've had questions or encountered any issues, their prompt and knowledgeable assistance has been truly remarkable, responding to my queries within minutes.

Moreover, I greatly appreciate the company's commitment to continuous improvement, as they consistently roll out updates and enhancements to their software, ensuring that users like me always have access to the latest and most efficient marketing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I have found HubSpot Marketing Hub to be a highly effective software overall, there have been a few instances where I've encountered challenges with the seamless flow of data between different integrated software.

Occasionally, I've experienced issues with data syncing and synchronization, which have led to discrepancies or delays in receiving accurate information. Although these occurrences have been relatively infrequent, they have been a source of frustration and inconvenience.

Nevertheless, it's worth noting that HubSpot's support team has been responsive and helpful in addressing these concerns whenever they arise, working diligently to resolve any data-related issues in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is designed to address a range of challenges faced by businesses in their marketing efforts. One primary problem it solves is the need for a centralized and comprehensive marketing platform. By integrating various marketing tools and features into a single hub, HubSpot eliminates the need for businesses to juggle multiple disjointed systems, streamlining their marketing processes and increasing overall efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
We're a SaaS digital health tech company with a communication app used by Australian healthcare professionals. I create a lot of email communication templates in Hubspot which are targeted at different audiences, whether it's potential customers, existing customers or even specific user groups (such as GPs or Specialists). Hubspot makes it so easy to create templates with its drag and drop feature and it's easy to setup email distribution lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating automation emails can be a little confusing, and I'm glad I have a colleague who understands how to make these workflows. However, it'll be good if Hubspot could be more intuitive in helping platform users with trigger-action questions along the way...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub saves me time in creating personalised emails from our Gmail platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using HubSpot to save time with automation and develop/improve processes to support our marketing strategies. There are plenty of features to simplify your work and exciting things happening with the platform: AI tools to support copywriting and task completion, more options for data analytics, advanced filtering for company and contact records, customizable object properties, and more. It's easy to integrate with other platforms in our ecosystem (Zoom, Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets).

I can quickly find support when I need it with HubSpot's Knowledge Base, Academy, Community, and Developer resources. Our HubSpot account manager is always ready to help with more complex problems or if our team needs strategic guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is key: The quality of your data and well-designed, thoughtful processes will determine how effective HubSpot is for your organization. The database is simple. You have your objects (contacts, companies, tickets, deals, etc) and properties associated with each.

When I started at my organization, I discovered that we had a lot to learn (and fix) in order to leverage HubSpot to its full potential. It was clear to me that our implementation of HubSpot was messy, likely due to lack of knowledge about the tool, not using available resources for guidance, and not having a designated owner of HubSpot and its processes.

We've made significant progress by dedicating the time to learn what works for us and build sustainable processes. This is an ongoing project, but we're on our way to maximizing our investment in HubSpot!

Dislike is a strong word, but there is some room for improvement within Marketing Hub. Here's what I'm hoping HubSpot is working on:

Advanced campaigns: Association functionality (parent and child, sub-campaigns), recurring campaigns.
Sophisticated forms: Smart dropdowns, multi-step forms, customizing stand-alone form URLs, creating beautiful stand-alone forms without having to create a landing page for each one.
Improved calendar: While you can schedule content to go live at a future date, the campaign calender can be confusing and is limited in its capabilities. Let me create marketing assets, not just tasks, in the calendar easily! Give me quarterly and yearly views of my upcoming content! Show me what's in progress, what's complete, what's late.

Overall, HubSpot is great at listening to users and releasing new features. Excited to see what's coming next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most importantly, HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, has been crucial in ensuring we are not working in silos. With everything in one place, information is shared across the organization instead of living in someone's inbox or spreadsheet. The simplified user experience (compared to other CRMs or marketing platforms) is a huge advantage for us as a small company where self-service is essential.

There are some limitations I find with lead scoring and reporting for our business but that is because we have a unique structure

It provides simplicity in providing our distribution team with clean and concice reporting and giving them exactly what they need for their sales pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub of HubSpot is something that does EVERYTHING right. While some pieces of software are good at one thing. Marketing Hub does EVERYTHING better. Emails/forms/landing pages. You name it, Hubspot does it well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only knock I would say about Marketing Hub is that the landing page builder has some quirks and limits some creativity with the options/templates it has. But even with that, still works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily alllowing us to send emails, on top of letting us easily sync forms with emails/workflows etc has been huge. THe social media planning has also allowed us to get rid of one piece of software.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how simple it is to find information, create landing pages, emails, etc. The drag-and-drop functionality while creating pages and emails is super easy to use and customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing contact tiers. As the company and the campaigns evolve, it is harder to manage the marketing and non-marketing contact to refrain from moving over to the next tier every other week.
A minor detail is that sometimes, the changes I've made to a landing page do not show up on the preview, and I've found that I need to exit the page and open it again to update. This is very rare, but it happened a couple of times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with leads. HS makes it easy to build a campaign from start to finish by creating the landing page, the email sequence, and the email lists per se. Reports are solid and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the ability to fully customize workflows. The integration with Facebook ads and Google is just awesome - it's only limited to what you can think of!
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the compatibility with text messages and being able to send them via workflows. For example, sending a text message with a tracking link to our customers would've been perfect, as they aren't the generation to check their emails frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating emails has cut down on so much time for me. The generic, frequent emails that I would need to send have now been automated, which has allowed me to carry 2 workloads on one pair of shoulders.
