It is easy and compatible with many platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it works woth several othsr outlets. Also how easy and tech friendly it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have much but the difficulty in designing marketing pages.

Hubspot make managing marketing strategies simple
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot workflows are one of my favourite features. You can connect forms, emails, reminders and much more into an automation which saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are analytics integrated within hubspot, they're not always entirely accurate or simple to use. They are very good for high level, but additional tools would be ideal such as google analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot forms allows for easy integration to the site, and managing the leads and the data captured.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to plan, create, launch, and track all your marketing efforts in one place. Having one trustworthy source for all these assets is game-changing for gaining insights on performance, lead and customer behavior and their journeys to becoming happy customers! The software and UX/UI are very user-friendly, easy to use and understand, and there's plenty of documentation and support if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are minimal if you're fully committed to utilizing this Hub. Creating campaign-specific reports that are useful for executives can be somewhat tricky. However, HubSpot is constantly updating these features, and I am sure they'll have better options soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it possible to plan, create, launch and track all your marketing assets in one place. This ability and these features help us make impactful and effective decisions on better influencing and serving our market.
Hubspot: An Honest Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love the cross-department communication options with Hubspot. After being a part of 3 different departments (Service, Sales, and Marketing) I understand just how much information exists in the CRM and it is always easy to navigate and find what is needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that reporting was easier. I also wish that it integrated better with Paid Facebook ads. Overall, if reporting was something that could be streamlined, specially for lead generation and email performance, that would be amazing!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, it solves many problems. It solves issues around go-to-market planning, analyzing the performance of historical campaigns, and quickly accessing needed materials to execute new campaigns. Essentially, I can not imagine our marketing department without Hubspot.
Easy and complete tool for a small team
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage everything I need myself without having to get a consultant or learn a ton. There are plenty of ways to ask questions and learn more - book time with success, chat with support, attend a webinar. The tool itself is easy to use without breaking anything or making mistakes. As a one person marketing team, I also support sales and success as the HubSpot admin for the company. I couldn't juggle all that with a more complicated tool, or set of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of articles to read I just haven't had the time to get through enough of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing efforts across the wider team, and helping me stay on task with marketing efforts like newsletters and social media. We've been able to track which campaigns get us the best return and put more effort into repeating wins instead of operating in the dark.
Easy to use and great tools for tracking email
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tools that allow me to see who received/read/opened the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing tools are a bit tedious and sensitive

The never ending response of "I didn't receive your email". It makes it so I can track and provide proof.

I'd like the social options to be more advance and allow for the posting of stories and reels. I'd also like to post photo albums.

Detailed but Brief Giving You the Good Stuff!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one space. You can easily work in it and edit across teams which is crucial for remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature I feel could be more robust/easy to use. They do provide great metrics in the individual product lines like social and email but if you could take those statistics and bring it into the reports it would be a much more powerful tool.

It is helping us form gate alot of materials so we can engage with viewers in a more customized way. This has helped our lead qualify status immensly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Organization. A simple feature like folders to hold related marketing components is either lacking or poorly implimented. Some places you can find the folder functionality on the top right, other places on the left and it's completely missing on other pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me by managing multiple marketing tools and platforms. I often found myself jumping between different software, and trying to keep everything organized and integrated was a challenge. In some ways I still do. Salesforce is the database of record but integration with it is easy to accomplish. Overall it saves me time and energy, allowing me to focus on creating compelling campaigns rather than dealing with the hassle of managing various tools.
