Easy to use but would like more drag and drop features
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use the list and the campaign tracking

There is a lack of drag-and-drop features. There could also be better integration with AI tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing and also contact management

What do you like best about the product?
I love having everything in one place, saves so much time, and helps me organize all my content. Love being able to have templates, schedule everything in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hate when our social media platforms disconect from Hubspot haha and how it sometimes doesn't accept certain photo sizes for certain platform.
Also, not a big fan of the app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me so much time, I have everything in one place and I can see analytics of all of our email campaigns, social media posts and landing pages, as well as conversions from Forms.
Great all-around marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things you can do with HubSpot Marketing Hub. Creating lists based on contact/company attributes, creating ad audiences, and integrating with sales functions are some of the primary use cases. The support team is also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes some time and thinking to figure out the best ways to configure workflows, lists etc. to get the desired outcomes. Website editing can sometimes be clunky and take some time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot, both as a CRM and a marketing tool, helps keep our tech stack efficient as a small team with a limited budget. We can create automation and stay cohesive as a team (sales included) to work from the same source of truth.

Ability to see email responses and respond accordingly to nurture contacts; Availability of good support including actual humans who will help you if needed

Having to hunt through knowledge documents to find an answer to a question; having to manage the marketing contacts

Ability to interpret customer/prospect interest and follow up with appropriate content - means we are more relevant to our customers and waste less time/resources

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub allows me to do so much in one workflow. I can track lead status, send at specific times, create new lists based on activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to send one email globally and have it trigger at that recipient's time zone for best time to receive an email.

To execute campaigns based off activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is a full-circle marketing tool with unparalleled reporting and customization. There are all 100s of apps that integrate with HubSpot that enrich the entire experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of HubSpot's extensive custom options and endless capabilities, it can be quite overwhelming and the learning curve is very large. It also boasts many features, but the UX is just ok compared to its competitors.

The HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it so easy to manage my email marketing, landing pages, social media, reporting, analytics, contacts, and more, all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Automation tools have made it possible for our small marketing team to do the work of a much larger team. The platform is intuituve and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most CRMs, managing properties can get a little out of control without a measured approach to proper data hygiene. We ended up with 6 different "State" properties before we cleaned things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed us to implement marketing automation to nuture leads without the need for constant human touchpoints. We have a limited budget and small team, HubSpot solved the problem of not having enough manpower.
