Powerful tool but some of the components of the marketing suite are so much better than others
What do you like best about the product?
Data and reporting, CRM email automation and social media scheduling tool are fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS and blog tools are extremely outdated. The out-of-the-box blog templates are bland. You cant build a modern content hub that sorts content by topic and type without really painful custom development... something WordPress has been doing since the early 200s. Customizing landing pages is tricky because of all of the fixed template issues. If I weren't entrenched in all the other tools I would abandon the website component entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ons-stop shop for almost all of oyr marketing activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sync data with Salesforce and create marketing automations and communicate based on user actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't find a way to natively do automations based on webhook triggers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to effortlessly keep in touch with our accounts and prospects and provide us with the tools to create personalized communications. These have helped us create more top-of-funnel opportunities and move prospects through the funnel with more velocity.
Very helpfull to track and make easy dashboard an awesome CRM

His integrations with other API´s, you cna work with .csv and the dashboard creator also the emial marketing,
What do you dislike about the product?
Their website landing page creatro it coul integrat wordpress, some apps like linkedin you have to create post inside the campigns in hubspot to add asset and also campaigns but that make you perform worst that publishing directly in Linkedin, multi state contact some times in the funnel can be a diferent stages you cna only mark as one,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now to track where does the leads come from and have a general view of our CRM also the list are very ysefful and the tracking tools
Hubspot is useful but can be overwhelming.
What do you like best about the product?
It's great that your website pages, emails, landing pages and more are all within one ecosphere. It makes your campaigns smarter because it's all inter-connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that UI/UE. There's got to be better ways to tie in all of the 'other' features (SEO, analytics, and more) that is available in the Marketing Hub so that all users, regardless of knowledge, can better understand how pages, blogs and emails are performing.

Hubspot's Marketing Hub helps us solve where and how current and future clients are interacting and responding with our website, emails, and other marketing materials.
really easy to navigate, easy to create templates for marketing emails and posts

Easy to navigate design. Friendly user experience and great customer service when I have questions
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more drag and drop options for the marketing send lists.

Just getting our content out to our customers and serviceable marketing lists

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be automated or manual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least favorite, is that there are no reminders to turn off your marketing contacts before the end of the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I creates an envirorment for us to communicate with our future clients all at once or one at a time. I like that we can add pictures for events and forms for reactions.

What do you like best about the product?
We run most/all of our marketing campaigns through Hubspot. I like the automation/workflow features, email marketing, and customization it offers to help us personalize our messaging to different personas/industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce integration could use some fine-tuning - we've run into some issues based on record associations in the past but have mostly resolved them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Executing and measuring our marketing programs.
Hubspot Has Made Our Marketing Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has allowed us to have a more targeted marketing strategy. For years, we played the guessing game when it came to marketing strategy. With Hubspot, we are able to have a more targeted marketing strategy, integrate automation, and take the guesswork out of reporting. We have access to so much information that we've never had before. It's been a real game-changer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot doesn't currently integrate with our larger database system. It does connect with Salesforce, but there isn't a direct connection which makes it a little difficult to have seamless customer data. We have a workaround, but it isn't a direct feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can connect all of our marketing efforts in one system. Everything is connected, including analytics. This is something we've never had before.
We're a early stage start-up, and this tool fit us almost perfectly
What do you like best about the product?
For all our necessities in this stage, Hubspot fits our expectations. I already was a user of Hub Sales, and I think that the easy way to create a Home Page, track all of our form submissions and make Landing Pages for our Ads campaigns and third-party business partners that indicate their clients for us are the main upsides for us. Also, we quickly create a blog to start our authority online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes LinkedIn Ads is not up to date on the last features deployed by them. I miss more templates and a interface more friendly to develop and edit templates on CMS features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said before we use Marketing Hub to create all of our forms, track the conversion of all submissions, manage and develop our blog and use all tools of Ads
HubSpot Ease
What do you like best about the product?
It super easy to use the tool, and even if you don't know how to use something, it is very intuitive, or hubspot offers a free course that walks you through how to use the feature. Great for experts in marketing and novices alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration between different tools can be lacking with the data quality. For instance despite being connected data in SF and HS don't properly match and its difficult to understand where the holes are coming in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It contains all of our operational and digital assets in one place. It allows us to conveniently and easily connect webinar sign ups, report dowloads, email marketing, and analytics all into one tool.
