Very useful for our business to send out marketing emails
What do you like best about the product?
Good design capability and ability to send out personalized emails. Good templates and structuring.

What do you like best about the product?
The website themes are amazing! Can't believe how well they are laid out and easy to use! With so many choices it is easy to find a perfect fit for me or our clients!

More key words, or searchable terms would make it a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving website issues for clients. It makes me and Hubspot and invaluable resource.
User-Friendly Marketing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot marketing hub makes it easy to draft, edit, publish, and analyze your blogs, emails, and social posts. The well-organized dashboard provides quick access to all the necessary tools. Using campaigns to organize and analyze my marketing efforts helps me to see where my campaigns are thriving or are in need of improvement
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the blog and email templates can be hard to adjust and customize if you are not used to the platform. There is a learning curve and limitations as well when it comes to creating customized reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing hub helps me keep all of my marketing tools in one place. Instead of using multiple marketing platforms, I am able to draft, schedule and publish my emails, landing pages, blogs, and social posts all in one place as well as analyze them with reporting.

The data insights that come from HubSpot are super actionable and very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some difficulties integrating with third party apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I am very meticulous, and it is crucial that I can keep track of all of my email campaigns. HubSpot allows me to create, see and track all of my work in one contained area.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides, but if I do, I will let you know
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the limits in my reports (much more expanded), I can deliver customer support, and most importantly, it can help me manage my leads in the sales funnel. It also captures lead info which is very valuable for someone in sales

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is so helpful at keeping everything organized and seeing all of our contact information in one place. There are so many features offered that I haven't even gotten to explore yet and I'm excited to integrate them into daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of many downsides of using HubSpot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically sending emails in a workflow is extremely helpful. Being able to enroll our customers instead of keeping track of them manually.
I think that Marketing Hub is a very helpful tool for our email marketing and content efforts.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ability to send emails to designated lists, as well as implement workflows that can automatically trigger when an action has been made. This has been especially helpful in our campaign work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would be the social media platform reporting. I don't feel as though the charts are super user-friendly or easy to see the successes.

It's solving our ability to track form submissions, and create leads from those submissions and also create campaigns specific to people who downloads forms.

Although HubSpot has made efforts to improve usability and provide intuitive features, some users may still find a learning curve when initially using the platform. It offers a wide range of tools and features, which can be overwhelming for newcomers. While the provided resources, tutorials, and customer support can help overcome this challenge, it may take some time to fully grasp and utilize all the available functionalities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity and intuitive user interface for Marketers. It makes everyday tasks (reporting, automating, etc.) 10x easier (especially compared to other platforms).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how some of the objects don't sync easily with Salesforce, especially custom objects, and also how the UTM properties captured aren't available in the properties for me to sync with Salesforce (plus the latest source drill down doesn't always match up with UTMs making it difficult to standardized reporting).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It 100% solves any manual tracking process (that' I've had to do with other platforms) and it soles solves lots of reporting/attribution issues we've had in our Salesforce.
