What do you like best about the product?
What really stands out for me are the workflows, reporting, and integrations — everything that keeps running smoothly without needing to jump between tools. I love how easy it is to automate tasks with workflows, track performance through clear reporting, and connect everything using integrations. It keeps everything organized and efficient without needing multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing major. It does exactly what I need. There’s a small learning curve at first, but once you get used to it, it’s very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me automate repetitive tasks, keep all customer data in one place, and track results easily. Workflows save me a lot of manual effort by automating follow-ups and lead nurturing. Overall, it’s made my process much more efficient and data-driven.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub how well it streamlines and centralizes all core marketing activities into one platform. It eliminates the constant switching between tools and gives both marketing, sales, and the executive team full visibility into the customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot makes changes often to better the platform and the UI. So it important to be in it everyday to see and recognize those updates so they don't confuse you or your work flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing saves time and money from having to use different tools and platforms. It helps us be more productive.

You have to pay for anything and everything - as contacts increase, use certain features.

Ability to attribute marketing channels and campaigns to the lead source.

Lead forms could be better protected from spam lead submissions.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us solve the challenge of accurately tracking and attributing marketing performance across multiple channels. By connecting our CRM data with Google Ads, we can attribute leads to their original marketing source and campaign, giving us full visibility into which efforts are truly driving qualified leads and revenue.
It also allows us to import offline conversions-based on each lead’s Lifecycle Stage back into Google Ads. This ensures Smart Bidding strategies are optimized toward meaningful business outcomes (like SQLs or closed deals) instead of just form submissions. As a result, our ad spend is more efficient, our reporting is more accurate, and our marketing decisions are driven by real conversion value rather than vanity metrics.

While I've been using it for many years, HubSpot brings CRM and marketing automation into a single powerful platform. The workflows and integrations are powerful enough but easy to use, which makes managing campaigns and tracking performance pretty smooth. The dashboards give clear visibility into pipeline and engagement, and the native Salesforce integration has been reliable once configured properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization can sometimes feel limited compared to more enterprise-grade tools. Also, there are limitations with reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key problems/solutions are email marketing workflows, list management, social media management, and content management.

The coat can be prohibitive for some companies.

Keeping all of our potential leads in one spot and ensuring proper follow-up throughout the entire sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most for me is the automation and workflows. HubSpot makes it incredibly easy to set up lead nurturing sequences, automate follow-ups, and segment contacts based on behavior - all without needing deep technical knowledge. The integration with the CRM ensures every campaign action ties directly to sales outcomes, which is a huge plus for tracking performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is cost scalability - as you expand your contact list or need premium features like A/B testing, advanced automation, or paid ad tracking, the monthly cost can increase quickly. For smaller teams, that can limit access to some of the best tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, managing leads across multiple channels was fragmented. HubSpot Marketing Hub solves that by allowing us to automate lead nurturing, segmentation, and follow-ups in one seamless workflow. This has improved our response time, lead quality, and overall conversion rates. The automation ensures prospects get timely, relevant communication without constant manual effort.
Centralized Platform with Great Support, but Tracking Needs Simplifying
What do you like best about the product?
I centralise everything I need into one place and reporting is good too. Support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking and attribution is a bit complex. Some fields cannot be edited e.g. source so we have to create custom fields for things like 'Events. Campaign management isn't as good as Salesforce. For example, if someone is part of multiple campaigns - we can only track first or last attribution atm.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the tool is, it allows me and my team to take a 'full stack' marketing approach all in one tool. From content scheduling, MQL > SQL processes and web design. It does it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's great to have so many advancements and changes constantly. However, this also comes with pretty regular confusion of specific tools, processes, and even names of features changing regularly. It has led to some operational issues, but we will take those if it means the tool keeps improving!

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us manage and automate our marketing efforts from one place, from email campaigns to lead tracking. It’s solved the problem of scattered tools and data silos, giving us clear visibility into performance. As a result, we’re saving time, improving engagement, and making more data-driven decisions.
