Hubspot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
When we used it, it worked perfectly for the size of our organization and the scale at which we were sending out campaigns and tracking leads. It was easy to use and adapt accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't as robust as we ultimately needed in terms of functionality and dynamic content. We have since switched to a different platform where we can run more detailed, advanced campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the time of use, it helped us run effective email marketing automation campaigns being a small team. As we grew, we transitioned to a larger platform that was more robust.

What do you like best about the product?
The powerful tool that it is, allows me to create acquisition and decision flows of what happens at each stage of the customer's life, from acquisition to sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the initial flow must be modified according to business needs, and this creates certain conflicts with the creation and processing of the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the problems, as it allows integration and connection from social networks to telemarketing platforms like Atom and others. It also allows me to create very detailed reports that give us a business projection vision.

The ease of use and so many tools. The tools are easy to learn and their support is very helpful

Hubspot could be more intuitive and the login could be easier

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has allowed me to create amazing marketing campaigns and my ROI now is huge compared to when I first started my business. I've tried other CRMs but I fell in love with HubSpot, it is very user-friendly you don't need to be an expert to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is the price but believe me, it is worth it, I knew nothing about marketing CRMs when I started but HubSpot is amazing for beginners and helos you create amazing campaigns with all it's tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping me store my contacts and all their information in segments so I don't confuse when creating email marketing campaigns. I love it, my projects are beautifully executed with the help of HubSpot's CRM.
Best software to take leads from initiation to nurturing to closing deals
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this tool and platform is the ease of its integration with the sales platform so that using a single tool we can view the end to end lifecycle from initiation till deal closing
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike but a few enhancement which can make this tool ready for an enterprise level. Feature like some AI actions and recommendations can take this tool a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Marketing hub to take the lead from initiation to the closing including the nurturing cycle. Our nurturing cycle is itself a 5 step process where hubspot has come out to be a handy tool.

It's free plan is goals. I'm able to access tools that help me market and advertise easyly without havim to pay for a plan.

quite an all-inclusive platform

It has everything in one place. Covers features to organize your email marketing campaigns and, make workflows , automate a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editor is a nightmare to use; fonts, color, and sizing will fall off the grid. If they worked on that, I would have no other issue

We are running all our marketing email campaigns on Hubspot. It is as I mentioned a very centralizing platform. You can manage everything there and have all our analytics in one place as well.

The email automation is limited per the product you purchase from HubSpot. The setup may be complicated for some users. However, HubSpot support is beneficial in guiding the best development to meet your business needs.

HubSpot Marketing promotes better tools for email automation by providing easy-to-use workflows and templates. The tools provide efficient marketing and communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team stays connected with clients and prospects in a meaningful way. It is integral to our Client Journey, building and evolving relationships. As our organization continues to grow, this is a tool that scales with us.

There aren't any significant issues that would qualify as dislike. Each tool has its quirks. The cost of entry to upgrade to the next billing tier is steep. More flexibility would be very useful.
