What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and self-understandable tool

The big challenge i face while using it while managing marketing and non marketing contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did lot more email campaigns from the time we started using HubSpot, which absolutely helped us in growing sales business, generating leads, workflows etc

What do you like best about the product?
Their ability to automate and seamlessly integrate with other applications is amazing, making my job significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my perspective, the add-on appears to be the culprit as the price for acquiring another 1000 marketing contacts is excessively high at 20-30 US dollars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process of managing and assigning leads that come through forms, ads, and email signups is made simple with the support of HubSpot's intuitive tools.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a user-friendly, feature-rich platform allowing marketers to plan, create, and execute content-focused campaigns to drive engagement, interaction, and lead generation. As someone who came into my role with minimal real-world marketing experience, HubSpot Academy provided a wealth of knowledge that allowed me to hit the ground running and thrive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, there's not much to dislike. A handful of platform "bugs" detract from an otherwise impeccable platform. For example, while helpful, their social media tool has several annoying "glitches" that make anything other than a purely text-based post hit or miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes the entire end-to-end marketing experience significantly more accessible. From list management and email campaigns to social media posting and landing pages, I don't know how we would be as agile and capable without it. As a very small marketing team, time is always at a premium and HubSpot allows us to make the most of every second of our day.

What do you like best about the product?
We are executing our first ever golf event in September. Thanks to Hubspot I've been able to tie in FB and Google Ad accounts to optimize my advertising, utilize email marketing automation to get the message to my prospects quickly, and track sales results all in one platform. Due to the seemless integrations, we are already 60% sold out and the event is still five months away!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really only that I have limited workflows (ie can only run automation based on form fill) because of the package I have. I also think the tracking link builder should be available in my paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically allowing me to track marketing source and sales from start to finish. We've generated over $11000 in revenue off of $1000 marketing spend and that has a lot to do with the HS integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the email building function as it helps with regular marketing
What do you dislike about the product?
When makinglead capture forms it can get quite confusing to create questions and its not as intuitive as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact integration has been beneficial; it organizes them in a way that helps us stay organized. We needed a channel to communicate with consumers and this has created that for us.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is very intuitive and easy to use. I've explored other platforms and HubSpot is by far the best that I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the HubSpot Marketing Hub is the filings/folders. It seems that some files get put into folders on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is streamlining my entire marketing effort and allowing me to allocate time to other projects. The analytics are also amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing hub offers a centralized place for all outreach which is very useful for tracking sales efforts, contacts, and organizing user engagement with existing clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
A dislike of HubSpot Marketing Hub is the limited email outreach template options. I find the user interface of the email formatting, as it is not very user friendly and does not allow for copy/pasting of tables or other visuals very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot provides a centralized way for us to track all of our contacts, conversations, and dependencies in one organized place, which has saved us a lot of time. It is simple to add contacts, or track the status of a conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
You can send TONS of emails to your client base with marketing hub. it's great to segment, suppress, and engage with your client base. I like how you can see the analytics after sending an email and the people who did not open, did not click a link, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unengaged contacts list. The fact that hubspot does graymail scoring without us knowing. We got really hurt because many of our clients didn't open our emails and they were automatically added to the unegaged contacts list which prevented us from sending marketing emails to them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with massive amounts of LPs. Marketing our new investment products to existing investors. Marketing our new investment products to new investors. Distributing some materials to existing investors

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything can be tracked and analyzed for better decision-making, so we are able to know exactly what brings leads in, what touches drive sales, and can A/B test marketing materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the theme templates have restricted adjustments in the simple editor requiring changes to be made with the technical skills of writing JavaScript or CMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to not be able to track data in our last CRM, so we could tell which campaigns were influencing leads or sales. Now, we can see the exact touch points that drive our leads and sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast, efficient and helpful. Our data base is outdated but we are doing all that we can to ensure the platform is as easy to use as intended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, nothing. An improvement that I wish could be made would be reminders "You have a draft email or social push. Do you want to review the schedule?"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a directly impacting how we close deals, who we market to, and it is driving improvements that can be made so we understand our customers better.
