Comprehensive resource
What do you like best about the product?
I like the email management section, which is what I use the most. I can easily track engagement and see who clicked through my mails. I've used other systems before with less enthusiasm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the way things are named makes it hard to know what it is, and the pathways to do the things Hubspot is made for are not always clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all our marketing contacts in one place and allowing us to segment them. It help me to be more productive.
A one-stop-shop for marketing needs, especially for small-mid size businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
The support offered through HubSpot is incredible (both support documentation and live folks you can chat with during business hours to help get issues resolved immediately). The tools are easy to learn, and support is helpful when working on complicated workflows, fields, or account configurations. Scheduling email & social is effortless. We also use forms that easily connect with our CRM database to keep track of new leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The campaigns feature does not act like a dashboard - it's hard to glean quick insights from the success of emails in particular. The Ads section also doesn't give me all the info I need to evaluate the success of a campaign - it's easier to do that in LinkedIn Campaign Manager itself, for example. However, it is nice to have ad activity tracked within HubSpot to track if a new lead was influenced by our ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of having too many point solutions. It's so easy to have our MAP & CRM in one. Segmentation, email/social building, automation, and analytics all happen in one place.
Comprehensive Marketing Tool for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot platform has covered me in ad management tools, which I mainly use for. I appreciate its simplicity and easy-to-use interface. HubSpot's customer service is incredibly patient and helpful. They always followed through quickly and thoroughly educated me when I first signed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be much for a smaller business, and you might need to pay extra for some advanced features or upgrade your plan. I wish we could pick and choose specific features I can't use without dishing out $800 on top of what I'm already paying to advertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer rely on Meta and its confusing and ever-changing interface. After publishing on Facebook, I can easily set and forget the ads and manage them. The business has been working well with the advertising areas Hubspot has set.
Easy one-stop shop
What do you like best about the product?
It is super user-friendly and has a great integration with Salesforce. I am able to quickly navigate between landing pages, emails, forms, workflows, etc. and have no problem creating any of those.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that the different properties are kind of confusing. I have used Pardot before, and I like that the properties or objects mimic Salesforce, which is our source of truth. HubSpot's are set up a bit differently.
I also think there is room for improvement with the reports. For example, having the ability to clone and then tweak the out of the box reports. But I don't think the other marketing automation platforms have better reporting functions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to test and recreate new messaging with your audience, whether that be through email campaigns or landing pages. It also allows us to track the user journey of our prospects so we can easily know there they are in the buying cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of how I can send bulk emails and the tags are very useful. I also really like the sequences

Sometimes the emails specially for IOS can be formatted weird

We are able to reach more people at a fraction of the cost
HubSpot is excellent when looking to centralize email campaigns.
What do you like best about the product?
I believe something super useful is the ability to have email templates along tokens that are tied to names, emails, etc. Having the option to schedule emails being sent as well as having the history of interactions with the users. Also, being able to follow up on open rates, bounce rates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, when adding emails to the senders, not being able to copy and paste several emails at the same time is a bit annoying, so it's important to do it one by one. Other than that, all good!

How to keep our process as standardized as possible while ensuring all our clients are very much aligned and have similar information while keeping the operational cost as low as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the ability to see what's being tracked, opened, etc., how many times, and how long something is looked it. It's really helpful for me to figure out who I should re-target!

maybe this isn't a hubspot thing, but when i first started using it, figuring out marketing contacts was a real challenge for me. I'd really like more literature on small things like that.

it helps me track ads and emails, and figure out which is working well and which isn't. it also helps with automation when getting new leads from ads i publish using hubspot and facebook.
The best marketing automation software on the market
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy HubSpot is to use, but if I'm ever stumped or need help on something, their customer support is second to none. I have been a long-time customer of HubSpot, bringing it on at 4 different companies, and every time I fall more in love with the simplicity of design, ease of use, and customer success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish I could do with HubSpot that currently is not supported is customizing the Original Source fields. I do a lot of B2B marketing and things like Events are a really important part of our demand gen programs. I end up using other categories or Original Source Events as a stand-in, but it would be nice to be able to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easy to plan, execute, and measure all our marketing programs. With tools for email, social media, blogging, advertising, and campaign management, HubSpot is well-rounded and easy to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
How it grows with the company. We are able to scale to our needs over time and have great support and educational tools that allow my team to develop new skills as we need them.

There are somethings that just cannot be done from a reporting perspective. Sometimes my team has more experience then the help desk.

Everything, We use almost every available module for our marketing efforts. From lead capture and email follow-up to reporting and user dashboards. Social media management is also a great feature we use everyday.
Easy to Use and Helpful Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot primarily to create and send email marketing communications. The builder is easy to use and the list management is nice to have all in one spot when it comes to Sales and Marketing speaking with one another. I went from using (3) separate social, email and sales platforms to combining them into one place for all my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel this platform is so dense with all the capabilities that I am not utilizing it to its full potential. I would have liked a little more training to experience more sides of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is my one-stop shop for all marketing needs. It reduces the number of platforms I have to use to provide marketing for my clients. The way our sales personnel can insert leads and then marketing can push communications to those leads is beneficial.
