HubSpot Marketing Hub is designed to solve various marketing challenges businesses face, such as managing multiple marketing activities, tracking campaign performance, and generating leads. Businesses can save time and streamline their marketing efforts by providing an all-in-one platform that integrates various marketing tools.

An excellent central hub for marketing

What do you like best about the product?
It's all in one place which is the best thing about HubSpot. It's great for marketing automation, landing pages, creating forms, managing all the leads and every single thing within one place. Great UX too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate to say it but only thing that I dislike about HubSpot is their pricing structure. This was the reason we switched from there as for HubSpot as soon as you hit the mark of limit of contacts allowed, you have to pay a hefty price for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to manage all our marketing activities together at one place and then we found HubSpot which did the best job for us. Highly recommend it

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use, best real-time support of any platform I have ever used, common integrations with other tools, speed to deploy
What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite as customizable or flexible as some other enterprise contenders, but HubSpot continues to innovate and is very transparent with customers about the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Integrates with our product software for triggered user emails.
- We are soon integrating with Salesforce CRM.
- We are able to centralize our marketing source of truth and have a "one stop shop" for many initiatives.
- The #1 benefit is the extreme ease of use and speed in creating and deploying campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with other platforms such as Salesforce, Zapier, etc. help in easing a lot of operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular - the platform seemed to work just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing leads management and integrating this data to our slack channels and Salesforce leads

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing is a perfect system for managing a lot of moving parts within an organization, and has so many great advantages to help prioritize work and make sure no detail is overlooked!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides to HubSpot Marketing, I think there is only a learning curve initially, and for those who don't use this software every day in their respective roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a growing team and need to have a central location to easily access and disseminate information. HubSpot is working like a charm and helping us be efficient stewards of our time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create and schedule email campaigns with dynamic inputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to schedule emails as X hours less than the call booking time, etc. We can only schedule the emails as X hours from previous email etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Chatbot and conversations with potential accounts
- Email marketing campaigns for the new users
- Email marketing campaigns for the users who are now lost [Inactive since a long time]

What do you like best about the product?
Over the last couple of years, HubSpot has integrated a lot of AI features like Breeze Copilot, Breeze Agent and Breeze Intelligence. Breeze Agent is specifically valuable for Marketers by helping them create content for blogs, case studies, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things I previously mentioned as improvement points have actually been addressed by HubSpot over the years. Like the follow-up email feature has now been integrated under forms, it still runs as a workflow but the user experience is much better in connecting the email templates with the forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to capture leads on our websites seamlessly. All the forms on all our websites are linked to HubSpot. That way, any visitor who submits a form on our website gets automatically added to our CRM. There we have automated assignments to salespersons, and they take the experience forward for their assigned contacts.

Easy to use. Especially for those who don't have as much experience with data and marketing.

It's not as customizable as some CRM platforms.

HubSpot helped us track attribution for in-person event and digital marketing .

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitiveness of creating workflows and reporting. Being able to quickly build, test, and implement automations has really been a game changer for our team. Report building has also helped our team identify key places to improve and further automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team would benefit from running workflows, lists, and reports by metadata. Instead of manually looking at the history of a contact, I'd like to be able to filter out who was the last person to update a specific property or a time range when a specific property was changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub helps our team organize our lead generation and distribution process, automate repetitive tasks, and simplify some of the complexities of our organization. It helps our teams identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address those changes. It also helps us automate basic communication and lead nurturing to free up the sales team for more in-depth customer communication.
